Redesdale Court Care Home have been outstanding with the care. My grandad has been here for over a year now, and me and we as a family have seen a massive improvement in him over this time. The staff from management to the carers are just amazing. The home is so good and caring my granny has just moved
in as well. wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

The staff, from day one, have been very warm and welcoming. I and my family were made to feel at ease. All handled very professionally for a very difficult situation. I don't think my dad could bein in a better place. Dad is always immaculate.

A massive thank you to the staff at Redesdale Court. You all turned my other's life around, in a positive way. My mum has stayed at Redesdale Court short term and now is able to return home fit and healthy. Her physical and mental well-being has massively improved, amazing care.

My father resided at Redesdale for 5 months, during a difficult time. I was really worried about him going to residential care but I couldn't have picked a better home for him. The staff were excellent, caring and understanding at all times and couldn't help enough with my constant questions. They kept
me informed on all occasions and consulted on the need for hospital care. The home is clean, fresh and very homely for residents. I would highly recommend Redesdale for anyone needing peace of mind for their loved one.

My mum came into Redesdale Court in January 2021. It was an extremely difficult to have to make but all of the staff at Redesdale Court have made the transition as easy as possible. They have been really supportive and reassuring to me and the level of care that they offered my mum is second to none.
Mum is thriving and is so happy now, thanks to all the staff.

The staff at Redesdale Court have all been lovely. There's not one person who has been unpleasant or unhelpful. They all are great and seem to know my mam so well and provide me with very caring updates. My mam has settled very well and I've seen a big improvement in her since being at Redesdale Court.

Staff are on the ball at all times. Absolutely lovely, every time I speak everyone is fantastic. Always feel reassured that staff communicate anything mam needs. Service has been above and beyond. I would just like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Redesdale Court for looking after my Mam for the last year, until she passed away on September 30th. I cannot recommend this home enough, they took amazing care of my mam right up until the day she died. Everything about Redesdale Court
is absolutely perfect, from the care received to the communication. No stone is ever left unturned. Very thorough and extremely professional in every way possible. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind for the last year. Thank you so much.

Since my nan moved to Redesdale I can rest assured that she is well taken care of. I have got my life back as I know when I am working she is happy and in the best place. Her wellbeing has drastically improved from being in Redesdale, she is so happy, whereas the home she was in before she was unsettled.
The communication from the manager and staff is fantastic! and honestly, I can relax knowing she's receiving the best care. From what I have seen the home is very clean and her room is lovely, very hotel-like.

From the moment we walked into Redesdale Court we knew wanted dad to stay there. It was warm, smelled clean and everybody was friendly and happy. We have been very pleased with the level of care received for dad. He has settled well and regards Redesdale as his home. We had visited a few other care
homes before Redesdale and this was always top of the list. We are grateful there was a room for him.
