During the 6 weeks my father spent in Redesdale Court, he received excellent treatment. The staff are thoroughly professional, loving and caring. They made my father's final days comfortable and had a positive effect on his family.

From the moment we made contact with Redesdale regarding our dad's stay, the service, support and kindness shown has been outstanding. The care our dad has received has been more than we could have wished for. In addition, the support our mum has received during Dad's time at Redesdale has been amazing.

My mum came to Redesdale Court in November, after spending 4 years in another care home. She is 98 and has dementia. I was worried she wouldn't settle in but I was wrong. The staff and management are amazing and have gone out of their way to welcome Mam and make sure her needs are met. The home is beautiful,
clean and offers activities for those who want to join in.

Mum moved into Redesdale Court October 2018. It was difficult for us all but the staff were exceptional, making Mum feel comfortable and settled in her new home. I visit from Vancouver a couple of times a year to hang out with Mum. All the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. It's always hard
leaving but now I am reassured she is safe, content and cared for 24 hour a day. Thank you and your staff for taking care of Mum for us. Even though all staff are super, a special mention to three certain members of staff.

My mother has been a resident at Redesdale Court for fifteen months or so and is very happy with all aspects of the care she receives. She has not said to me 'I wish this/that were different'. I visit reasonably frequently at different times of the day and so see all the staff at Redesdale Court. I
find them all friendly, approachable, caring and professional, who work as a team for the benefit of the residents. I am very happy with the care my mother receives and have no suggestions for improvement. I would recommend Redesdale Court to anyone looking for care and have done so on several occasions.

Always a good experience when visiting mum.
She is happy here.
The staff are always very welcoming.
The home is very clean and the furnishings are of a high standard.
The care staff deliver a good standard of care, sometimes under difficult conditions.
I would certainly recommend this home to anyone.

Our father is in the Grace Unit at Redesdale Court and we can't speak highly enough of this home. The level of care from all staff, from the manager down, is excellent. Our father is treated with care and compassion and at the same time allowing him to keep his self respect. The food is of a high standard
and the home is kept spotless and decorated to a high standard. There are lots of activities for those who wish to participate. If we were putting this review on another review website we would give it five stars.

I have nothing but praise for Redesdale Court.
The staff are truly kind and caring and show lots of dedication to the residents.
The rooms and communal areas are always clean and tidy.
There is always some kind of activity arranged.
The only gripe I have is with the parking facilities.

My Wife has been resident at Redesdale Court since August 2017 so I can say with confidence that the care she receives is outstanding. Every single one of the staff are so caring, respectful of both of us and kind. I have no concerns whatsoever re her care. My only grouse is car parking facilities being
taken by NHS visitors.

The service is excellently led whereby all of the staff lead by this example. My dad is completely cared for, respected and treated with dignity. We as a family cannot thank or praise the staff enough nothing is too much for them they are all amazing. It is lovely being able to leave dad and trust

Extremely happy with all aspects of care at Redesdale Court. Staff work so hard and stay patient, friendly and efficient through the whole shift. Which is amazing with the challenges they face every day! The administrator is efficient and always had a friendly smile when we come through there door or
when we're leaving. Management go above and beyond what's expected of them, especially the general manager. She cares about and appreciates her staff and the residents. I know my mam is so well cared for and safe.

I was first drawn to Redesdale Court for my mother by the excellent CQC report. When I came to inspect the care home I was impressed by the clean and modern appearance of the home and the helpfulness of the staff. The first impression has improved as time has passed and the staff treat my mother as
