The care and support my relative has had since January has been fantastic. Her health has improved beyond anything we thought possible a few months ago. Also, she is happy and settled. All the staff are lovely and Howdon has a lovely atmosphere, always very welcoming and ready to share a joke.

We have been really pleased with everything at Howdon. Mum is so much better now thanks to all the care she has received. Th staff have been excellent to her and us and I can't thank them enough.

Find the care home very clean and very welcoming. Keeping me informed by telephone saying how Mum's doing. Getting cards from Mam is a very nice touch too.

My thoughts on my own experience visiting Four Seasons that the reception staff and care staff are all caring and polite and very pleasant. They all put you at your ease and very helpful. The building is lovely and clean, bright and airy.

My Mam has been at Howdon Care Centre nearly a year now and is happy there. I am very happy too that she is being looked after by the wonderful staff. In the last year due to the Pandemic I have been unable to visit since March 2020, I live in Greater Manchester.

Fantastic staff and a lovely home, great atmosphere. The food was lovely. The staff worked really hard to get me back home. Can not thank the staff enough for everything they are doing, especially during the Covid pandemic.

Thank you so much to all of the staff for providing such high-quality care to my mum during her stay at Howdon. I couldn't have asked for better care through such difficult times. It was really hard when we couldn't see her but the staff went out of their way to make sure that we could have regular

My experience of this home has been over the last 3 and half years and I have always spoken highly of the staff and the care they provide, but this last 9 months has proven even more that my mam couldn't have a better home. The dedication, care and love the staff have given through this year has been
outstanding. Faced with such an exhausting time they've shown their dedication and love for the residents and cared for and loved them when relatives needed to depend on them so much. I couldn't recommend Howdon anymore highly.

My mother is well looked after and safe. While she may have reduced capacity, she regards the care home as her home. She thinks very highly of the staff. She eats well and is 'cared' for and not just 'looked after'.

Mam has been there for 5 years now; the standard of care is excellent. The staff are professional and sympathetic to their resident's needs. I am informed immediately if there are any issues with Mam, which myself and family appreciate. Wouldn’t have Mam anywhere else.
