My husband died in what was swan Lodge, because he was so well cared for I became a volunteer at the home and I see at close hand how well everything works with care and compassion.

Overall Experience

Since my brother has come into this home we have noticed a big improvement in his walking, staff are very pleasant, kind and very helpful. The home is very clean and immaculate. We are happy with all activities which they have and with all the films which are shown to them. It is great how everybody gets involved.

Good service. Staff always respond to questions and requests immediately. Good individual care. Always understaffed, very few activities to involve residents.

Overall Experience

This is the first time we have used a respite facility. It has been a very positive experience. Mam has felt at home, with company and activities to keep her occupied. The family have been able to enjoy a holiday in the knowledge that mam was safe and cared for. The staff are very professional in a friendly and caring manner, and support and respect all of the family.
