Dominique Creighton
Dominique CreightonJob Title:Home ManagerJoined: 2017

I am a Home Manager with a deep commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care for adults with a wide range of needs. Over the past 9 years, I’ve built my career in the social care sector by leading with compassion, integrity, and a strong focus on creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and valued.

In my role at Hylton View Care Home, I oversee the day-to-day running of the home and support a dedicated team of staff. I work hard to foster a positive culture where everyone feels empowered to deliver outstanding care. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals is at the heart of what I do, and I take pride in ensuring that every individual receives support tailored to their preferences, strengths, and goals.

I’m passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing, and I’m always looking for ways to improve the experience of those who live and work in Hylton View Care Home.
