All the staff are very friendly and seem to care about the residents even though sometimes the resident's behaviour can be challenging at times. They tell you whatever is going on with your relative. The only complaint is some things go missing at times (clothes), even with names on, but this seems to be a common theme in care homes.

My mother has been a resident in Pavillion for four years, but has sadly recently passed. She was happy there. The staff have been brilliant. She loved the food and always joined in the activities, towards the end she was cared for with dignity and respect. Overall the standard of professionalism and care have been exemplary.

Mum has not been very well during this month. The staff have been so respectful of her wishes and treated her with dignity and love. Unfortunately, Mum's condition deteriorated and she sadly she passed away on the 25th of June. The staff were with her throughout this time to comfort and reassure her. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for Mum. The Pavillion is a superb care home. Thank you.

End of life. Last four weeks Mother becoming less and less mobile but still sharp witted. Had a fall taken to hospital. Discharged back to Pavillion, at all times the staff were very helpful and caring.

Mother passed away with the carer present she had dignity, respect, kindness and love.

We have discussed in length our concerns. And it seems to fall on deaf ears. Room cleaning and the family member left in a wheelchair, when likes T.V and room but mostly oral hygiene. The nursing staff are brilliant and so are most of the staff, but this should not be happening. Think there could be more done with residents for mind and interests.

My mother has only been in this nursing home a short while, but we cannot fault the care and support she has received while there. Every one of the staff has treated Mam with outstanding care and all have been very friendly and supportive to me and my family. The medical care is also first-class.

My father was end of life. The nurses and carers cared for him with the utmost care and dignity, keeping me informed every step of the way. The nursing staff were the best I have ever encountered and being a nurse myself is the highest praise that I can give. The carers were exceptionally good and always smiling which shows their dedication in unprecedented times. I will be forever grateful for the care received and the support of family.

My wife has been a resident at the home since the 17th of December 2021. This place has been fantastic. The staff are all attentive, friendly and professional. All of my wishes for my wife have been implemented. She gets up every day, washed, dressed and take part in activities until my arrival. I assist with her lunch. The food is excellent. Home-made with quality ingredients and the portion size is more than ample. This home is great.

I am extremely happy mum was able to get into this home - Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home. Her room is lovely, with plenty of space to put all her personal belongings and make it feel like her home. The staff are brilliant with her and me. The whole house is super clean and modern. Lots of things going on. The food is plenty and very good.

This is an extremely good home. Well organised.

Dad was here for respite stay at the end of July. All the staff were really caring and respectful with my Dad, making a fuss of him. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Thank you so much for treating him with dignity.
