My mother was treated with dignity and the staff are friendly, helpful and very nice people.
She was apprehensive at first but grew to love her room and the staff.

Would recommend very highly.

From the moment we entered the building until we left, we felt that we had entered a large happy family home. All of the staff were very amenable, helpful and attentive. The home was clean and the rooms pleasant. Most importantly, my sister-in-law was content and pleased with the food, accessibility and amenities.

The Pavilion care home is very caring and helpful. Since my dad came here from another home, where he was like a skeleton and on death's door. Since he has come in it has changed his life. Only low point is he is tied to a chair.

I always found the atmosphere friendly and welcome.
My other relatives who visit the home say the same.

The staff are very approachable and my dad always seems to be content when we have been (compared to when he lived in his own home, where a lot of the time he wasn't which was so unlike him). There are plenty of activities and although my dad often prefers to be in his room, if it wasn't for his illness, I'm sure he would join in.

We were to carry out our monthly service (Church). We were pleasantly accepted into the building and shown to the lounge where the service was to be held.
We saw that the room was comfortable and adequate.
Residents were already seated.

We had a lovely service and the residents seemed to enjoy it. Looking forward to next time.

We visit the home to conduct a church service monthly. Some residents with their carers visit our coffee morning most weeks on a Tuesday.

They have all become our friends and we look forward to seeing them at our church as well as at the monthly church service in the care home.

They care for my husband very well. Always washed and showered and always looks tidy in himself.

He even goes out to the seaside which he loved very much. He had his fish and chips. He is happy in himself.

Concerns about the room, however, these were resolved the same day.

The room very basic for brother-in-law and felt this would not encourage him to settle and want to stay.

There are not enough words, as a family, we can write or verbalise to thank Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home enough for their help, care and compassion over the last few weeks.
When other care providers have not fulfilled their duty of care, the manager and all staff have literally rescued us as a family.
The care, professionalism and love they show our lovely dad is so heartfelt from everyone, what a wonderful home he now has.

From our hearts, thank you for everything. Much love to you all.

The care was exceptional.
I could not single out one member of staff above another.
Everyone was a star. Mom was cared for with love, respect and dignity at all times, which made leaving her in your care so much easier.

Thank you for everything.

I could not praise the staff at Pavillion enough for the care they gave to my mam during her last few weeks.
They treated her with love, dignity, affection and compassion which in turn made saying goodbye to mam so much easier.
Not only did they look after mam but they were all there for me and my family.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. If I could give 200% I would.
