The service is excellent. It is extremely difficult to find anything I am concerned about but I am happy to say it is impossible. I would be happy to have him come for respite. We have made friends and will miss them.
The home was really attentive, not just to my grandma but to me as well. Couldn't have wanted for anything better. Staff were outstanding. Thank you.
I would recommend the home to anyone.
Very friendly and understanding staff. Always there to help you when needed. Home very clean. My friend was happy until the end. Staff treated my friend with so much respect.
Overall the staff were brilliant, made everything a lot easier to deal with and would recommend anyone I know looking for a care home to seriously consider Ayresome Court.
Staff lovely and caring. What a pleasure to visit mam. She is getting all the care she needs and is really happy. A lovely care home.
Nothing is too much trouble and they keep the home very clean and tidy. A lovely place and I would recommend it to anybody. Very pleased.
I find the home caring and considerate to residents and staff always listen to requests for help or assistance.
My mum was admitted on the 12th November 2018 being fast-tracked from hospital. She died on the 27th December 2018. Within that time, all the staff were nothing but amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they always had time for not just my mum but all my family and when the end came, their care didn't stop there. Love every one of them and I can't praise them enough.
We have found the care home to show a lot of love and care and lovely food and nice clean rooms, which we think is first class!
I found Ayresome Court Nursing Home to be an excellent care facility. They not only cared for my mother during her final days but were sensitive and supportive to the whole family at a time of great stress. A dedicated team of staff, at all levels. Highly professional and willing to assist in any way they could. They ensured that all my mother's needs were met and that her room was like her own home, as closely as possible. Not only this but they also made sure the family were never without refreshments and support throughout the time she spent with them.
The service provided to my wife's mother is truly faultless. As a family, we are coming to terms that her days are numbered, but Ayresome Court staff are looking after us too and we need their support at this very difficult time. The culture of looking after both the patient and the family is of a very high level. Well done everyone and thank you.
An excellent nursing home in all aspects and I could not recommend it more highly. Skilled, caring and dedicated staff, even devoted, attended to my mum's every need quietly and efficiently. The manager was so supportive and had great empathy for both patients and relatives. Rooms were warm and comforting and staff were available 24/7 to deal with any aspect of care.
My father was a resident for respite care following a fall. Residents were treated with care and dignity by all the staff and I was made to feel very welcome whenever I went to visit.
The home is a pleasant and friendly place to visit.
Since Jack has been at Ayresome Court his well being has improved dramatically. Staff are very friendly and professional and there are always activities going on. One of the carers even organised to get him to our daughter's wedding and looked after him for the whole day. A big relief and less worry for us!
I cannot think of a better place for my nana to be for the last few years. The care she has received has been exemplary. It really is a home from home. The staff are hard working and are a credit to Ayresome Court.
Laid so nice, it was peaceful to see her at rest.
All staff are very caring and compassionate. They have looked after my grandma extremely well over the last few weeks and made the transition to care as easy as possible.
We are new users of this facility and I am very impressed by the care and commitment of all the staff. From our first enquiries, we received very professional advice and assistance, delivered with charm and sensitivity at a very stressful time. On arrival, we were met with big smiles and the transition was managed very smoothly and efficiently. Since then, the care and consideration of all the staff has been remarkable, not just for the physical skills needed but also for their psychological awareness which has also been a great help to family members.
