Can't thank the manager and all of the staff, both carers and nursing staff who showed such care, consideration and compassion for my mom and all my family during the last days of her life. They made an extremely difficult and emotional time more bearable and we couldn't fault the care they provided.

My sister was booked respite for 6 days. As she lived in B'ham was staying with her step-daughter who lived in Yarm. So I was worried about her and net sure of care homes to decided to book a few days there too to make sure all OK. How pleasantly surprised I was as I could not fault the staff. The care they gave her. Unfortunately, she died on 29th January whilst there. The love and respect she was given was second to none. The manager and staff went out of their way to help. I can't thank everyone enough.

The staff were very caring and accommodating. My mother was only there for a couple of weeks where she unfortunately passed away. The last couple of days when she took a turn for the worst, the carers on duty insisted and persisted on calling in doctors, who could not have been more helpful. My mother went from being agitated to passing away peacefully in her sleep with all her family around her.

My father is a bed-ridden double-stroke victim, fully dependent on the care and nursing staff. thankfully they are all angels. My Father has been here for a year and I have not a single worry or complaint. Every member of staff is dedicated, very competent and cheerfully friendly. His daily care is always fully and carefully recorded, which helps me enormously as he cant speak clearly. The home is clean, bright and instills enormous confidence in me. I could not be more pleased with the staff's ability and dedication to caring for my 93 year old dad.

Mum has been in Ayresome Court for only a few weeks and we have been so pleased with how she has settled in. She found the transition to a care home difficult initially but the care and patience of the staff have helped mum to quickly settle. We have been informed frequently of the progress mum has made.

The care offered to mum is extremely good, she is treated with sensitivity and with real dignity and encouraged to get involved with the activities. She feels very safe and well looked after, which gives us peace of mind.

After visiting my mother in hospital for 8 weeks and rehab for 2 weeks and dreading seeing her continued weight loss. She has started to recover properly since she came to Ayresome Court in September. She has started to eat properly again and starts the day with a full cooked breakfast which definitely sets her up for the day!

I am once again able to enjoy visiting my mother without worrying about her. Activities are frequent and varied. The staff have bee really kind, caring and communication is excellent. One minor issue could be that sometimes there seems to be fewer staff on at the weekends.

As far as I can see my ex neighbour is very lucky to be here. The staff are all very committed to the care of all their residents and patients. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very approachable at all times.

Staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble. When issues are raised the staff are very quick to deal with them. Residents are able to engage with others, or not as they so wish. When medical care is required it is quickly arranged.

My aunt was a resident in Ayresome Court for a few weeks at the end of her life. The care she received was exemplary. She was treated with care and dignity and was content and peaceful in the care she received. It was my observation that all the residents seemed very happy with a lovely family atmosphere. Every member of staff was lovely and a lot of them had worked here for a number of years.

The Ayresome Court Nursing Home was the 'home to my mother' for the last 6 months of her life. Our experience of this home for residential and nursing care was excellent in every respect, ie. staff in every part of the home were caring, attentive and dealt with the residents every need. I cannot thank the staff enough fort the attention and care of my mother.
