Laid so nice, it was peaceful to see her at rest.

All staff are very caring and compassionate. They have looked after my grandma extremely well over the last few weeks and made the transition to care as easy as possible.

We are new users of this facility and I am very impressed by the care and commitment of all the staff. From our first enquiries, we received very professional advice and assistance, delivered with charm and sensitivity at a very stressful time. On arrival, we were met with big smiles and the transition was managed very smoothly and efficiently. Since then, the care and consideration of all the staff has been remarkable, not just for the physical skills needed but also for their psychological awareness which has also been a great help to family members.

The staff are first class and provide the highest standard of compassionate care. We chose this care home because we received two recommendations from other resident's relatives and we have not been disappointed. A lot of care homes tend to have an air or odour about them but here smells nice and fresh all the time.

The treatment my Mother-inLaw received in her stay in Ayresome Court, was from her first day to her last day absolutely wonderful. You may well be proud, no extremely proud of the staff in your home, from the Manager to the cleaners. Well done everyone.

My 96 year old neighbour has been coming here for respite over the last several years. She enjoys coming and has made wonderful friends with both staff and residents. I enjoy coming to visit her and the staff are always friendly and chatty. My grandmother was here for her last few months 12 years ago and we were so happy with her care.

My mother-in-law was only in Ayresome court a short time but the care she and the family received was amazing.

Mum has been in Ayresome Court for well over 10 years and I can't fault the care she has received. The home is clean, all the staff very caring.
