A happy atmosphere and friendly environment.
Every possible requirement is given.
Nothing seems to make them ratty.
It is very homely, cosy and warm. Lovely food and very clean. Beds clean.Everyone trots around at there own pace and seem very happy.
Great people with a positive brilliant caring attitude which leaves myself and my partner a greater peace of mind. Couldn't wish for a better care home and all the staff are brilliant.
Staff are excellent, friendly and caring. My mum is so happy and comfortable at Ayresome Court Nursing Home.
The staff are first class and provide the highest standard of compassionate care. We chose this care home because we received two recommendations from other resident's relatives and we have not been disappointed. Four staff, in particular, have been extremely supportive and we appreciate their efforts.
My wife is always very clean and well looked after and the room is always spotless.
A lot of care homes tend to have an air or odour about them but here smells nice and fresh all the time.
I found the care my mother was given was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The help they gave my mother was the best I could expect.
We were very pleased with the care given to my mum. The staff were friendly, helpful and responded well to the problems facing mum. They looked after my sister and I well when mum passed away - responding immediately when her breathing stopped.
I could not ask for better care for my mother in Ayresome Court Nursing Home. She has lived there for 21 months and the staff have all been so friendly and caring.
Ayresome Court is excellent in every respect. Wonderful staff. It is a very happy nursing home.
I found the home to be very friendly and considerate. Extremely helpful and very very patient towards my mother and understanding. The home was very clearly homely. Nothing was too much trouble. We entered the home with my Mother as strangers, but we have left as friends. And will stay friends. I would be more than happy to recommend the home to anyone who needed your services.
The treatment my Mother-inLaw received in her stay in Ayresome Court, was from her first day to her last day absolutely wonderful. You may well be proud, no extremely proud of the staff in your home, from the Manager to the cleaners. Well done everyone.
My 96 year old neighbour has been coming here for respite over the last several years. She enjoys coming and has made wonderful friends with both staff and residents. I enjoy coming to visit her and the staff are always friendly and chatty. My grandmother was here for her last few months 12 years ago and we were so happy with her care.
My mother-in-law was only in Ayresome court a short time but the care she and the family received was amazing.
Mum has been in Ayresome Court for well over 10 years and I can't fault the care she has received. The home is clean, all the staff very caring.
This is a very caring home and a pleasure to visit. Always clean and tidy and the staff extremely helpful.
Whenever you call, the staff are always so helpful and polite, cheerful. My father in law always looks well looked after. Can't fault anything.
Whilst visiting our relative we have always found the staff very friendly and happy and always keen to help. The building and garden are well laid out and very clean and tidy. Overall a very good care home.
My daughter is in the home for temporary care and stay whilst alterations are made to her present home. During her stay, I have witnessed extremely good care towards her. The staff have been very very good in all they do. They are also very polite and nothing is any bother to them.
