All of our staff are committed to providing the best possible care for our residents and we are disappointed to hear that you feel this has not been the case. Our menus are created with input from our residents, reflecting their likes and dislikes. We use food passports to capture any specific dietary requirements or preferences. In addition to our twice-yearly surveys, we hold regular meetings with residents where they can raise concerns or share feedback on the menus with our chef. All of the team are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and we are disappointed to hear that you feel this has not happened in your case. Our home manager is aware of your concerns and would like to reassure you that our staffing levels are assessed with a recognised staffing tool to ensure we have the right number of team to support our current residents living in our home. As resident care requirements change, we are then also able to adjust the number of team members accordingly. We would also like to assure you that we have a new chef who is working hard with our regional support chefs to produce delicious and nutritious meals.
