Overall Experience

I was very impressed by the care and attention given to patients by everyone. It was so clean and tidy I have never known my brother so content, as I have been so worried about him.

I myself have always had a dread of going into a care home (not anymore) and I would most certainly choose Barrington Lodge.

Overall Experience
The home is generally OK but could be better. Cleanliness is sometimes lacking and staff need to be asked to clean/change my father. Housekeeping is again only passable.
Food is good and plentiful and regular. Most of the time there is not enough staff on to patients.

I would like to see more activities for the residents to do.

I found my experience at Barrington Lodge very good. All staff so very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent as were the rooms. The food and menu was also extremely good. Would recommend this rehab facility, giving me confidence for when I go home.
