I have visited my father-in-law a few times now, he has been made to feel very welcome and is settling in nicely, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and always have time to answer any queries or concerns, the place is very clean and the little garden is kept nice for residents.

I've found everyone to be immensely welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The staff are attentive to my mother's comfort and safety and demonstrate their interest and concern for her well-being at every stage. It is very reassuring to know my mother is in such good hands.

I do not know what we have done without the caring, compassionate support of all the staff at Holly Lodge Care Home. They tackle each issue, as it arises with professionalism and a warm, caring attitude that makes the fragile situation with my dear wife more bearable. We are so grateful and owe them

We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for looking after the lady we visit frequently. She is very old and a wonderful lady but is very poorly at the moment. Your staff have been marvelous with her and we do appreciate everything you've all done. Thank you all.

I do not think we could have found a better care home for my father than Holly Lodge. The rooms and facilities are kept spotlessly clean and although I have not sampled the meals provided, they smell and look both delicious and nutritious. The staff go the extra mile to ensure he is well looked after
and I have complete peace of mind that he is finally safe. Regular activities and contact ensure he is not as bored and lonely as he was when at home. The family can visit any time and always receive a warm welcome from everyone.

We cannot praise all of the staff enough for the outstanding respite care they gave my mother-in-law.
They were very welcoming and kind, not only to my mother-in-law but to the whole family. We felt at ease straight away and were happy to leave her in their care.
Whenever we visited there were
always lots of staff visible and actually sat socialising with residents in the lounge.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the home and all of the genuinely kind and caring staff.

The home is well equipped and generally very clean and tidy, although the individual room and bathroom would benefit from more regular hoovering and cleaning. My relative is very well looked after and the staff are very caring. As always if would be lovely if they could find a little more time with
him just to chat, but I realise this is very difficult given staffing in the sector, but overall I am reassured he is safe, well and well cared for.

My father was taken in for 2 weeks respite care and has been in now for 7 weeks. He has special needs and requirements. The staff have worked with us to help him and update his care plans he feels comfortable and settled. I can't thank them enough for what they have done to help him. He is now settled
and happy and enjoys the knowledge of having the best of both worlds.

Holly Lodge Care Home is always clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Mum is well looked after and the staff always let us know straight away if there are any issues with Mum. I am very happy that Mum is a resident at Holly Lodge because I know she is safe and well looked after

As usual met with a friendly member of staff. Decided on this visit to take my wife out for a walk and no problems getting her ready. After returning took her upstairs and caters helped me get my wife settled and made her a cuppa.

Very happy with my dad being in this care home. Everything is well organized and related back to me; they treat him with respect and dignity. All staff and management make time for us with a friendly, happy approach. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

We chose Holly Lodge for my dad as it is immaculate. The staff are very pleasant, obliging and professional. He has adapted really well in his first week and I'm convinced it is because of the input from the staff. The manager has been very understanding and supportive.

Over these difficult times, I have found all the staff very helpful and supportive. Any treatment Mam needed was given and I was informed straight away. Very pleased with the care Mam receives. Our grandmother was also in Holly Lodge Care Home for a few years and also received the best care then also.
I would recommend Holly Lodge to everyone.

I have been delighted by the care home in many ways. Cleanliness, courteous response by all staff towards visitors and residents. My friend was petrified of having to go into care as many years ago his late wife was badly treated by staff. However, I have seen him very happy and relaxed within this
