It's always pleasant and clean - you can go along and make yourself a cuppa - always well informed of any changes. My friend is often asked if she would like to go out on the bus. It really is a well run home and I am very happy my friend and many of my friends live in a lovely home as Lothian House. Meals are lovely!

Jill has gained over 20 years of experience in providing care and support to older people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked at Lothian House for a number of years, Jill closely shares HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Lothian House.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jill remarked: “I just love the satisfaction of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our Residents.”
Away from work, Jill enjoys weekends away with her partner and socialising with her friends and family.
