i found all the staff very friendly and helpfull. there care was really good and made sure he was always comfortable. Not only was the care team good, the reception you received when entering the home was also very good, the lady in the office who looked after the finance was also helpful, the parking was a mare most of the time

Our mother has received outstanding care and attention throughout her stay of several months. This is a beautiful home, with staff who are truly dedicated to the care of their residents and helpfulness to relatives. I wholeheartedly recommend Melbury Court Care Home to anyone, with gratitude.

Staff are professional, friendly + caring. Nothing is every a problem. Would recommend Melbury. The parking is a total nightmare. Insufficient spaces with only 2 disabled bays! There is a large grassed area which could be repurposed for parking. This issue is a constant headache for staff and visitors alike.

I have been in Melbury Court since the beginning of July. My ankle was broken in three places and my foot cannot be put down. I feel very fortunate to be convalescing in such pleasant surroundings with such caring staff.

I feel my sister is in a safe environment and facilities are good. I do find the home to be very warm and often find her uncomfortable. In my opinion the people would benefit from a higher staff ratio

Melbury Court is very pleasant and All the staff Is very helpfull and they are really careing to my dad Alan. They help all his needs. Melbury meats all his needs, and is very clean all over the building.

The place is clean and smart and I believe it is most unlikely that I'd ever find a care home better suited to my wife's needs.

My Mam was admitted to Melbury Court when she needed nursing care and it was impossible for us as her family to tend to all her care needs at home. It was the last thing she wanted or we wanted for her. We spent weeks searching for the right place, and we found it at Melbury. From the minute we entered the premises we were so impressed by the facilities and the warmth we felt instantly. During her months as a resident her care was exceptional and the staff worked hard to support her and us during a difficult time. From the skilled and dedicated nurses, to the obliging handyman, to the catering staff who visited every day and created bespoke menus, to the cleaner who made time to chat, to the management who ensured her care, to the tireless supportive care assistants. Every single member of staff treated her and us with dignity, respect and humanity. I can't recommend Melbury enough if you're looking for a place for your loved one. Thank you to all at Melbury.

Both my parents are residents at Melbury Court Care Home. The home is well run and the residents are well cared for. Staff at the home are caring, friendly and helpful. Regular activities are arranged for the residents should they wish to participate. Overall my assessment of the home is that it is well run and the residents are well cared for.

Friendly, professional staff have given lots of support while transitioning to care home life. Much better than lots of other places we visited before making our decision.

The staff made my mother very comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely fantastic place and staff brilliant. I feel really at ease with my mother being at Melbury Court. She is getting 1st class attention and very pleasant staff cant do enough for you. It is her first time in respite and cant fault anything if I need respite again I would fee at ease and would not worry about my mother. Spot on.

My mother required a palliative care bed. Visited the home and was immediately put at ease by the professional approach, advice and information given. Assessment of care needs made promptly, and a smooth transfer to home. The carer has been very good, all staff are friendly and approachable, respectful and kind. From all staff, ancillary staff, handyman, laundry, carers, nurses and senior management, we cannot thank them enough for their support for us all at an emotional time. This is a well-maintained home, the rooms are good, and very clean. Hardworking staff and polite care teams. My mother was treated with kindness and care, dignity was maintained, and her voice was heard. Thank you.
