This was a short term stay due to illness. My aunt was really well cared for from beginning to the end. Some staff went above and beyond. Fabulous thank you.

Melbury Court is a very friendly, very caring and extremely clean care home. My mum is very well cared for and is treated like a family member with love and care shown towards her.
The facilities are spotless, with bright and neutral decor providing a calming and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge areas
are comfortable and plush and the bedrooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and chair. The meals provided are of a high standard, giving a balanced and healthy diet.
The staff are really friendly and it is a pleasure to visit. We as a family, couldn't have asked for a better care home for our elderly mother.

A friendly and family orientated place. I feel part of the place although only a visitor.
Mum is very well looked after, all her needs and wants are met and she has come on in leaps and bounds. We feel really happy she is in Melbury Court. Staff are lovely, professional and efficient. Food is very
fresh and nutritious.
Both my sister and I are very confident and secure knowing Mum is safe, happy and extremely well looked after by lovely caring staff.

I find this home is wonderful as I promised my dad he would not go into a home but unfortunately he needed nursing. They have been so supportive to my dad and myself. I feel happy leaving my dad in their care. If any problems come up, they will ring me. I'm so happy with this home, they give me 100%
at all times.

I find the staff and management to be very friendly and efficient, any problems are dealt with very quickly. Anywhere you have people, you will never have perfection, but in my opinion, Melbury Court is the best you will find anywhere. I spend 10 hrs a day most days with my wife, so I see and hear a
lot of what goes on, and if I can't have my wife at home, I am very happy for her to be in Melbury Court.

I have been coming here for 3 years and everyone makes me welcome here. Both staff and residents.
All staff are very approachable and will answer your questions very honestly. I have never ever had any reason to find a fault or complain about anything.

My mother has Alzheimer's dementia and has been in Melbury Court since May 2018. She settled far better than I expected, taking pleasure from her room and the surroundings. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They are proactive in their care, seeking medical assistance when they perceive
any 'abnormality' and keeping relatives informed. My mother is safe, well looked after and you can't put a price on that!

On the whole, I'm very satisfied with my father's care.
But there is one issue and that is when he rings the buzzer for the toilet there is always a wait, anywhere up to an hour wait. This is not acceptable.

We were on the waiting list for quite a long time. Now my husband is in we haven't been disappointed. The staff are great, caring and helpful. His nursing care is well managed. He has a nice room with some of his things from home.

My mother has been at Melbury Court since being in need of nursing care due to illness. The staff have all been fantastic in every aspect and have succeeded to getting mum back to being well enough to go back home.
Even at 94, she is coping very well and is pleased to be back in her own home. She wishes
to thank all the staff and support services that made this happen.

My mother was a resident from October '17. From the very moment my mother arrived, there was a warm caring feeling that made my mother feel secure. All the staff show respect and consideration and always have time to chat or discuss any worries.


The facilities are first class along with the food,

freshly prepared each meal. Melbury Court is a wonderful example of caring to the highest standard which all the family want for their loved ones.

My wife's experience has been good: she is clean, cared for, even loved, and I have no problems with the care she receives. Of course after 53 years of marriage, I grieve, I miss her most dreadfully, but I know she is in good hands. I am able to visit every day.
The home is bright, clean and the staff
although at times tired, their interaction is very good.
I recommend the home without reservation.

I have been very pleased with the care provided for my mother. The staff are caring and respectful, the managers are approachable and responsive and the premises are well kept and tastefully decorated. There are activities held each day and tastefully decorated.
