Dad has been here just over a year and we cannot find fault with the care my dad has received in that time. Staff, food, care, cleanliness. He is 96 and with that age come plenty of problems, but they get through it with plenty of smiles. Many thanks to all concerned.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We will be sure to share this with the staff team and I'm sure they will be delighted that you are happy with the service provided to your Dad.

My brother has only been living in your care a short while he is so happy, the staff and management are so friendly, kind and willing to help in any way they can, nothing is a problem. When I visit my brother I feel so happy to see him talking to staff and residents, the staff have so much respect for the residents and treat them as family.

Very friendly staff and residents well looked after.
Thank you for your review. Will be sure to share your feedback with the staff team.
Lovely place, staff are very lovely.
My only slightly negative comment would be about the electric bed which was not suited to my height. I frequently slid down the bed, resting in the hollow in the centre of the bed mattress, resulting in my feet pressing against the foot panel. I have not commented on the value for money as all has been funded by the NHS and social services.
The staff at Yohden Hall were excellent in all manner of taking care of my brother and also looking after us on our visits. They all work together as a team and excel in the duties of care towards all their patients. My brother really enjoyed being in Yohden Hall and made many friends with a lot of the staff members and other residents as well. We highly recommend this care home for its outstanding care given by the staff to all patients and visitors. A big thank you.
My brother has received first-class care whilst in Yohden Hall, he is treated with dignity and his care needs are 100% provided. The staff are so friendly which gives me confidence knowing he is in good hands.
In my experience, I have no complaints about Yohden Hall Care Complex. The staff are great and my wife is well cared for.
Staff are very caring and helpful. They could not do enough for my father-in-law.
Always very friendly and helpful. Could not find abetter, very accommodating with meals.
