Our care fees for self-funded and local authority funded residents are subject to a preadmission needs assessment which is a requirement of admission, so the Home can fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. The prices quoted are weekly and for guidance only. They will be confirmed following a full assessment. Respite care may be offered and is usually 10% above the permanent care fees, subject to availability and will depend on an assessment of a person’s care needs.

My dad chose Scarborough court as his end of life care unfortunately it came sooner than expected at only 11 days .
My dad received the most professional, caring and outstanding care in his short stay . Staff were attentive and intuitive to my dad's needs . As a daughter I could not have wished for
more . My dad was very happy.. Scarborough court is a beautiful homely and caring environment. Staff are attentive , professional and are clearly there because they care . I couldn't have wished for a more perfect place for my dad to be in his final days and will always be grateful for their care

Lovely clean care home with welcoming and professional staff. Our whole family feel at complete ease knowing my mother in law is well cared for and happy.
There is always something going on, whether it be activities for the residents or activities the whole family can enjoy.
Every member of staff
is approachable and always put the residents wellbeing at the forefront.

Dad has only been here for four week now but has settled in very well, thanks to all of the staff here. They are very friendly and attentive. They seem to be prepared go above and beyond to help. The nursing staff have been most helpful with dad's requirements and medication. They also arranged for
the local minister from the nearby church to visit him.
We are delighted that dad is living here and know he is being well looked after. Thank you.

Our dad has only been at Scarborough Court for just over a week. The wait to get there was well worth it. The admission process was very easy which was helpful. The staff from the carers up to the management team have been so friendly and have put dads needs at the front of everything they are doing.
He is settled into a lovely room, it's all lovely and clean. We trust them very much to look after our dad.

Mum went into Scarborough Court for just over a week. We couldn't have found a better place for her to spend her last days. The staff soon felt like friends to us as a family visiting. They were so caring to mum and ourselves. When we stayed late/overnight, they provided food and drinks for us. Their
caring was so evident for us being there so briefly with mum. We couldn't wish for a better place for us to spend the last days with mum. Would definitely recommend.

Scarborough Court is a fantastic care home. The staff are wonderful, caring, patient and always have time to help with any worries you may have. The home sits in it's own grounds which makes it very pleasant to sit outside in the summer. There are always lots of activities for the residents to do. My
husbands care is second to none. I am so pleased I moved my husband into care here. He is content and happy.

From the moment you enter Scarbrough Court, it has a pleasant feel. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is not easy handing over your loved one to someone else to care for them but it was evident they would be well cared for. I have no hesitation in recommending Scarbrough Court.

Our mother was put into another care home in Northumberland on Good Friday. As a retired nurse, I was appalled at the conditions, I trained at a Hospital in London. My sister and her husband visited Scarborough Court and asked my husband and I to view a room when it became available. This is the type
of home we had no qualms leaving our mum in. It is a role model for elderly care.

I found my experience dealing with the staff who were at the home very helpful regarding my friend's ordeal when having to be transferred from another home to Scarborough Court when she was still very poorly. I have seen a great improvement in her health and outlook for her future in this short period
of time. I find the staff very pleasant and approachable.

My Mam came to Scarborough Court with ongoing health issues and some traumatic experiences as a consequence. The warm welcome and excellent care, including facilitating faultless medical support from external practitioners ensured her health and well-being improved dramatically. The home is clean and
bright with lots of effort invested into the physical, mental, and social care of the residents. Scarborough Court stood out dramatically for me and my family when we were searching for a new home for my Mam to transition to when independent living was no longer viable. The relief to know she was in good hands and would thrive has been immense.

My aunt has been a resident of Scarborough Court for a year now. She has settled in well, thanks to the care staff looking after her. She enjoys the daily activities and the outings, and to see her settled, safe, and comfortable is a pleasure for her family to see. The care staff are welcoming, and

My mam came to Scarborough Court in November 2023 after living in two other care homes. She has a rare neurological condition, so finding the right environment for her has been a challenge. Since moving here, she has started to smile and even laugh once again. She’s no longer just surviving - she is
thriving. Staff are approachable and always visible (we have previous experience of feeling like there is no one around in other homes). Mealtimes are almost like a visit to a restaurant where residents sit together in a large dining room with a very sociable atmosphere. The food is of a very high standard and there is plenty of choice.
The home is clean and always smells fresh, which is a huge thing for us.
Finally, the home also has resident animals that the residents and family members all respond very positively to.
Highly recommend Scarborough Court; since our mam has been here, we’ve felt so much more relaxed and happy.

My mother has been a resident for eight months and has been made to feel very welcome. It's a home from home and one big happy family. The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and approachable and it's obvious it's more than just a job for them. They keep the family involved and updated. They listen
to the resident's feedback and try new things. They celebrate individuals, and seeing residents enjoying social events is heartwarming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this setting for a loved one.
