Queen Elizabeth Court has a pleasant seaside location and is set in five acres of beautiful grounds. This purpose built Home, which still retains much of its Victorian character and charm, is close to the town and a short walk away from the sea front and golden sandy beach flanked by Great Ormes Head and Little Orme. The Home is a short car ride away from historic Conwy, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast.

The team provide residential care, nursing and residential dementia support for up to 62 residents.

Our care fees for self-funded and local authority funded residents are subject to a preadmission needs assessment which is a requirement of admission, so the Home can fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. The prices quoted are weekly and for guidance only. They will be confirmed following a full assessment. Respite care may be offered and is usually 10% above the permanent care fees, subject to availability and will depend on an assessment of a person’s care needs. My mum has never been happier. The care is outstanding, after a very poorly time and Mum ending up in hospital. The care home literally saved my mum's life. The nursing staff are amazing with the relatives as well as my mum. My mum is still with us today, because of the care of the team at Queen Elizabeth

My father has been cared for at the dementia support unit for over two years. He is very well cared for and is always comfortable and cheerful. The staff are excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband has excellent care and the staff are also very supportive of me. It has been a difficult time during covid, but I am very thankful that he has been kept safe. Thank you to all the staff. As my husband has severe dementia, he is not able to join in activities or give an opinion on food and
drink but I do know that he eats well and has a good appetite.

Queen Elizabeth Court provides an excellent environment and care for my mother. The staff are caring and sympathetic to Mum's needs. The resident's rooms are spacious, with ensuite toilet and sink. Several common rooms are available and a good restaurant. The last two years of covid restrictions have
severely limited visiting and communal activities. I feel this has contributed to Mum's decline. The home has done its best within the restrictions.

The care my mum receives since being in the care home has been outstanding, particularly during the times due to covid-19. My visit today (above date) satisfied me greatly, the first time I have been inside my mum's room and the home (following guidelines and wearing PPE.)

Fabulous environment for my mother and peace of mind for our family that she is being so well looked after. Upsetting and frustrating at times not being able to visit and see her during this pandemic, but the care and welfare of the residents are at the heart of this, and so we understand. Great home

Arrived here after just losing my beloved husband, was a frightening experience. I was warmly welcomed. My room is lovely and I was able to bring my special things. Since then, everyone has gone out of their way to help me to settle in. The downside is the food is awful.

I wish we'd have found Queen Elizabeth Court a long time ago. Mum is very happy here. The staff are very kind and attentive. She loves her room and feels safe and secure. The quality of all the rooms and lounges are first class. Before Covid, there was a full programme of varied activities which help
to keep residents stimulated. During Covid, there have been activities although limited due to lockdown. Queen Elizabeth Court goes above and beyond to keep residents safe - to the point that I haven't been able to see mum very often since March 2020! But mum and all the residents are alive and well thanks to the manager and staff here in Queen Elizabeth Llandudno - I cannot thank them enough.

The caring standard was very high during my 2 week's respite. My partner is still receiving good care too. I enjoyed the space in my room, corridors and public rooms. Having staff working in the Foyer made the Court more homely.

My Mother has been in Queen Elizabeth Court 17 months.
Every single member of staff is always pleasant and talks to my Mother with respect.
After initially being reluctant to join in, now my Mother goes to all the social activities and has made friends. Periodically she has become ill, in every way
the nursing staff have done their utmost to keep her comfortable and obtain the relevant help.

My mum and dad are both residents and I visit them most days. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their care, understanding, patience and kindness. The very high standard of care is constant. Dad has been quite poorly recently. He was looked after so well ensuring he got the prompt medical attention
he needed. I went to a Greek food tasting activity and we had lots of fun. The staff support me too. Thank you.
