My Father in law has now been with you over 2 years and it is one of the best choices I ever made. The quality of care and interaction from all the staff is amazing. They constantly strive to come up with inventive ways to keep the residents entertained and active. I could not have chosen a better place for him to be and it gives great comfort and peace of mind to know how well he is being looked after.

My Father only recently become a resident of Ty Gwynno but I can't speak highly enough of the team in terms of how much care and support they have shown, not only towards my father as they settled him to the home, but also towards us a family. Nothing ever seems to much for the team, they always have a warm welcome and time to talk you when you visit and provide updates if you call. I would highly recommend this home.

My mother has been a resident at Ty Gwynno since 2021, and I'm so impressed with how the staff strive to push boundaries and plan a range of different activities to keep life for my Mum as varied and interesting as possible. The links with local schools mean that the home is filled with joy when the little ones visit, and a range of entertainment means there is always something to look forward to.
Diolch o galon for this lovely review. I know that your mum truly thrives on partaking with all of the activities and has even achieved her Open University course in Welsh! Having links with the school most certainly does allow the home to be filled with much joy and laughter when they visit, and I know your mum particularly enjoys these times. Your review means a lot to us. Kindest Regards

My auntie has been a resident for many years and absolutely loves everyone. The way she is treated by everyone with such love, care and respect is so lovely to see. The staff always go above and beyond for everyone and are amazing. Can't praise the staff enough.
Thank you for your lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! Your Auntie is a much loved member of our community and is a joy to have with us. It's great that you feel our staff are amazing, we think so too! They really do go above and beyond to give the best love, care and respect to everyone at Ty Gwynno Care Home. Kind regards
I can't praise Ty Gwynno enough for the love and care they show my nan. The staff aren't just professional- they're truly compassionate and treat every resident like family. It gives us peace of mind knowing she's not only well looked after but genuinely cherished. One of the most beautiful things about the home is that they grant each resident a wish. My nan's wish was to see the sea one more time and that dream came true recently. She didn't stop smiling all day and some staff even came in on their day off to help make it happen. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the people working there. The home is always buzzing with activities, from Welsh lessons to summer and Christmas fayres, raffles and even a Valentine's Ball coming up. They've even helped my nan pick out an outfit for the ball. These thoughtful touches make all the difference. Ty Gwynno truly goes above and beyond. It's the best care home I've ever known, and we're beyond grateful for everything they do.
Thank you for your such a lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! We really do have a fantastic team at Ty Gwynno Care Home and they do all love your Nan! They work incredibly hard to provide the best care possible and to provide lots of fun activities, events and outings for their residents - it's...
I live in Australia with my wife, who is the sister of one of your residents. I was back in Wales in August last year and visited my sister-in-law on several occasions. I always found the staff to be excellent and very caring of the residents. There is always something going on at Ty Gwynno and that makes it so interesting and stimulating for the residents. For my wife and me living so far away from my sister-in-law, it is so reassuring to know that she is so well cared for. Well done Ty Gwynno!
Thank you for your lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! We're so pleased you had a lovely experience when you visited. We do have an excellent, caring team at Ty Gwynno and they love to organise great activities for the residents! Kind regards.
Mum has happily resided in the residential unit of Ty Gwynno for the past two and a half years. Care has always been first class, and staff really do feel like family. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all staff, not just the caring team, the cleaners, laundry, activities, catering, admin and fabulous maintenance guys have all contributed to making Mum's life a happy one. Unfortunately, Mum's circumstances have recently changed, and she needed to relocate to the nursing care unit following long stay in hospital. Once again Ty Gwynno have excelled, and on Christmas eve, when Mum was due to be discharged back to the home, the ambulance was cancelled. Determined to get her home, they decided to use their transport and go pick her up, despite it being a very busy day for them. They worked wonders in moving her personal items into a new bedroom downstairs, with only 24-hour notice. I know Mum will continue to get the very best of everything at Ty Gwynno, we thank you all so much.
What a lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! We are so pleased to hear that the team were so good in accommodating your Mum in her new room in the nursing environment. It's heartwarming to hear the efforts they went to to bring her home to Ty Gwynno! Our team loves caring for your Mum and they do...
It is very evident to us that the care here is first class and my Grandmother has been very well looked after. The staff are very caring. The home is always very well kept and frequently improves facilities.
I would definitely recommend this home.
Thank you for such a lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! Your Grandmother is highly thought of by the team and they love providing first-class care for her. Lots of work goes into improving and upgrading our facilities at Ty Gwynno and it's lovely to know that you see this. Kind regards,
The staff at Ty Gwynno are first class. There are always many carers on hand to attend to the needs of their residents; they are always very patient and always keen to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable and address everyone by their name. They ensure their residents are kept well-hydrated throughout the day and that they are well-fed. The carers pay close attention to residents' personal hygiene and everyone is always kept immaculate. The home itself is light and airy with plenty of quiet areas for residents and families to sit and chat and a pleasant outdoor sitting area. Residents are given the opportunity to join in social events and local performers are invited to entertain them. Cleaners are always on hand ensuring the Home is hygienic and tidy. The Home has its own maintenance team, keeping everything in good working order. Security at Ty Gwynno is excellent. No-one can leave or enter without the required procedure, and senior management are always on hand.
What a lovely review of Ty Gwynno Care Home! We have an excellent team at Ty Gwynno who worked really hard to ensure all aspects of the home are first class - from the care, to the catering, to the environment - and we are really pleased that you have noticed this. Our team love getting to know...
Always happy to help on visits to my relative, he is happy, well-looked after and good food, this care home is fabulous, a credit to all staff, they have shows on birthdays and lots of activities, games they have a cinema and a TV room.
What a wonderful review and thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and for giving us a 5* rating!
I am so grateful for the staff at Ty Gwynno for the care they provide my grandad, and my Nan before she passed. They go above and beyond in everything they do, and I genuinely don't believe he could be anywhere better. From the activities and days out they provide, the facilities, the meals, the standard of care, and the genuine friendliness and company they provide my grandad with. I could not recommend this place more.
What a review! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review and for the 5* rating! It's so lovely for the team to read just what a difference they make. It's also so important for new care seekers to be able to read from first-hand experience, what life is like at Ty Gwynno. With best wishes, Managing Director.
