Since having to put my mother into this home, I have nothing but admiration for the staff who work at the care home, who are patient with guests/residents and look after them throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who finds themselves needing to put a family
member into a care home.

Mum has had a few falls and needed care. All the staff have been so good to mum as she has vascular dementia. Mum is also blind and the girls are understanding and help her so much and seems to have settled in well.

When my father first moved in he struggled to settle and Peniel Green were unsure they could care for him long-term which did cause me much stress and anxiety.
We did have issues with items lost, glasses, hearing aids, slippers and clothes. I took my father's washing back as too many items were going
astray. However, I couldn't fault the care given to Dad. When Dad fell ill with Covid I knew he was looked after. When Dad suffered a urinary tract infection, the carers did as much as they could for him. I couldn't have asked for better care. I was able to be with him as much as I was able - the staff supported me as well, for which I am grateful. He was in the best place when he passed and they treated Dad with the utmost respect. Thank you.

Very caring and friendly staff, approachable and helpful especially with regard to my mother's health and well being. My mother likes it here and appears settled and happy. The staff encouraged her to eat and drink and monitor her health which is reassuring for the family.

Mum has been staying at Peniel Green Care Home since June and has settled in very well, she is putting on weight she lost prior to an operation. This is mainly due to the marvellous care she has received from the staff who have been very caring and kind, nothing has been too much trouble. She is very

I am very happy at this care home. The staff are wonderful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I really enjoy the food here, always hot and tasty. Also, sandwiches and pastries are delicious. The staff give me baths regular, and my clothes are washed and ironed to a high standard. I would like

My relevant options refer to pre-Covid in regards to answers marked, as I've not been permitted indoors since last year. The visiting facility is very clean and great for outdoor visits. The staff are always friendly and helpful and notify me whenever my dad requires anything or about anything regarding
his health and well being. Always a pleasure to contact them. My dad is happy, but he can't wait for normality and an end to the virus.

In a time of lockdown where relatives are unable to visit their parents, it was a lovely surprise for our family to be sent a card by mum, who has dementia, saying she was doing ok and happy. When I’m sure the staff there are overworked they took the time to think about their resident's families. Outstanding.

Peniel Green Care Home has cared for my mother for the last 6 months. No one could be cared for more. Staff are empathetic towards any suggestions from relatives. They believe residents need stimulation and provide daily activities to encourage skills, memory and entertainment.

My father has been residing at Peniel Green care home for the past 8-9 months, the care from the staff has been fantastic since his arrival.
