Extremely kind, caring and professional staff. The residents are treated with the utmost respect, as if they are family.

Staff are excellent. Their care and support was very much appreciated when my father passed away and their continued care of my mother. I could not ask for a better place for her to be in.

Peniel Green Care Home provides a safe and caring atmosphere to all residents who are treated with great respect. All staff are very kind and will make time to discuss any concerns with you about your relative. The staff will contact you with any problems that may arise.

This is a lovely nursing home, the staff are really lovely and you couldn't wish for better. I am really pleased the way my friend is being looked after. I would recommend this home, nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Whilst visiting my grandmother at Peniel Green I have seen how dedicated all staff are to the residents, not just care staff but domestic, management and office staff. Residents seem to interact well with them all. The home was fresh smelling and clean looking. The food always smells nice and there are menus displayed. The only negative comment I can give is the home could do with being decorated.

During my father's short stay at the home before his death, he was looked after with kindness and compassion by all members of the staff who were only too glad to cater for his needs.

Staff are very supportive and caring, they know each resident's individual needs and preferences and are always welcoming to family and visitors. They keep me informed of any changes in behaviour/medication. Extremely happy with the standard fo care provided.

I find the service and care provided is of a consistently high standard. All staff are friendly and approachable. From observation, I believe the staff are genuine about the care they give residents. This does not change when circumstances may be trying and stressful for the care staff. Over the last few months, the deputy manager has been very helpful in answering queries and clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the residents.

I always enjoy visiting my mother at Peniel Green. The staff are so friendly. I feel that the staff really care about the residents as if they were their own. There is always a cuppa on the go and a smile.

Mum was at the care for only a short time. She had Alzheimer's and could be quite difficult to deal with. There was never a time when she wasn't treated with dignity, care and consideration. In her lucid times, she was able to convey that she felt happy and loved at the home. I cannot praise the staff enough.

I am happy staying here. I like to stay in my own room most of the time but I enjoy going out on the trips that the Activities lady books for us. I really enjoyed the trip on the barge at Brecon.

This care home is a small and friendly home, with amazing staff and management. My mum is always clean and dressed smartly. They make you feel very welcome here. They have a lovely sitting and dining room. The food is lovely and fresh. The rooms are very roomy and clean with en-suite toilet. There are toilets in all areas. There are a few bathrooms and showers. They have an onsite hairdresser.
