The care given to my mother and other residents is excellent. They show patience and dignity to all residents who often have complex needs. They are approachable and will always discuss my mother's well being.

There has been a big improvement in the decor of the main areas but the bedrooms need a revamp. It still desperately needs a medical room where residents can be seen by a doctor or nurse in private and wounds can be treated in a sterile environment. There is no such facility here, as there should be,
as Peniel Green is providing nursing care. Staff are caring, kind and go out of their way to please. The garden cannot be used by residents due to lack of security fencing; this is a shame.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the refurbished areas of our home and our staff team who work hard to deliver kind quality care. The bedrooms are repainted when rooms become available and we will continue to follow this process with all vacant rooms. We have recently updated and refreshed our Treatment Room/Office so that it is more suitable for the use of both. The garden is well used by Residents and staff support them when they use this area. The security of the garden can be reviewed as the wellbeing and happiness of our Residents is of paramount importance to us at all times.

We find the home a friendly, happy and welcoming place. Compassion taken with all residents, I always find the place clean and tidy, no matter what time of the day or night. I arrive and everyone tries to get everyone to be involved as much as they can. It's great.

My friend was treated with respect and affection. Excellent staff for him and his visitors. Only concern is the lack of space in the lounge, for staff and residents. Possibilities are present to improve this.

We have reviewed the environment and have since made some alterations to the position of the furniture within our lounge area, which has created more space. We also have a spacious dining room which is available for family, friends and residents to use outside of mealtimes, along with a small communal room on the first floor which is painted with scenes of the Mumbles and Neath.

Every time I visit I notice the staff are all hard working, they always have time to deal with the sometimes demanding residents. In particular, they treat my mother with patience and show they really care for her. They dealt with an incident on New Year's Eve with outstanding diligence. A number of
them went above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my mother is in safe hands and that takes a load off my mind.

My mum has been a resident at this home for 1 year and 4 months. The care has been superb since her arrival, all staff are outstanding.
My mum was not well for a short period of time during Christmas and the care she received from all care staff and nursing staff was top class and she pulled through
her illness and would not have had that care in hospital.
All staff are friendly and very approachable.
We have chosen a lovely home for my mum to live and she is very happy here too.

Peniel Green had been home to both my Grandparents, now sadly my grandfather has passed away but my gran is still a resident. I can't praise the staff enough for all the care they showed my grandfather during his illness, and also the love and care they give my gran during a difficult time, they continue
to help her deal with her grief and he's always remembered fondly by the staff, which is a great comfort to my gran and all the family. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do for our family, well done Peniel Green.
