I am always greeted in a very friendly way by staff and management. Management are always happy to help with any enquiries. The staff and entertainment team are caring and supportive to the residents, encouraging them to take part in organised activities and happy to help them when asked.

Cherry Tree has provided a very caring home for my aunt now that she can no longer look after herself. The staff are wonderful and treat her with such kindness and dignity. The accommodation is lovely and communal areas are comfortable and are kept spotless. The staff know each and every resident so

Very attentive staff willing to go the extra mile to make residents and visitors feel comfortable. Always spotlessly clean and food on the face of it, with plenty of variety. Management is aware of the needs of each and every resident. Would recommend it most definitely.

My mum has been at Cherry Tree for the past 18 months, and, although she found it difficult to settle at first, she is now content due to the care and support she is given by the manager and the staff team. Mum was especially well supported in April last, when her eldest daughter (my sister) very sadly
passed away. This was an extremely difficult time for Mum but the manager and staff at Cherry Tree were very sensitive and empathetic.

Such a wonderful place! Cherry Tree is a fantastic, caring and extremely friendly care home. All the staff, without exception, do an amazing job. They are kind, care-centred, hard-working, and go above and beyond to look after, not only the resident’s well-being but also family members too. At such
a difficult and emotional time, the care and support we have all received has been invaluable. The amazing managers are helpful and reassuring, and we have all been treated with such kindness and respect by all the staff. Aside from this, the home is welcoming, safe and clean, and has a very accessible and beautiful garden. I can’t recommend Cherry Tree highly enough.

My sister and I couldn't have wished for a better care home for our mother. The house is bright, cheerful and well-kept. There is a very homely, comfy sitting room, and a pretty and well-kept garden. Even more importantly, the staff are wonderful, really caring and loving. There is also a lot going
on, lots of people coming in to entertain, give exercise and craft classes etc. Our mother wasn't keen on joining in downstairs, so quite often someone would bring the crafts up to her room and make something with her. Nothing was too much trouble. When Mother arrived two years ago, she was underweight and had bedsores, within a couple of weeks, she'd put on weight and the sores were gone. If ever she was poorly a nurse would let us know. They were so kind and helpful to us when Mother died recently. Thank you everyone at Cherry Tree.

My dad went into Cherry Tree Care Home over the February half-term for respite while we were away. I was so nervous about it as he had previously had a very bad experience of respite at a different care home. I needn't have worried. Everything about Cherry Tree, from the first contact to the actual
care is first-class. During his ten-day stay, my dad put on 6lb (which was just brilliant as he had been off his food and losing weight) and thoroughly enjoyed his stay (he'd even booked himself in for another stay for when we're next away). The staff got his favourite beer in for him and he'd have lunch and a beer every day with some other residents and even had a bit of a sing-song with another guest one day. He's going to try the bingo next time as he regrets not having a go previously! The respite room was quite small which worried me to start with but my dad loved it and said it was cosy and wants the same room next time. I really can't speak highly enough of this care home - they are fantastic!

Staff are happy, respectful and dedicated to residents and their families. I've only known them six weeks and they embrace you as one huge family. The care home ticks all the boxes that I needed for my relative. I'm highly satisfied with all her needs being met. Nothing is too much bother. They all

We have had complete reassurance that Mum is in a home where she is well cared for in every way - personal care/nutritionally/socially, despite Covid restrictions. Her surroundings are extremely clean and well cared for; all the team are friendly and approachable and operate in a way that prevents problems
rather than react in a short term solution. When Mum's needs change, she is reassured that nothing is too much trouble.

Friendly staff. Cherry Tree Care Home is the perfect sized home in my opinion. Not too big, which would inevitably make it less personal. In very extreme times we have been made to feel very welcome during visits. We love that we can always approach management/nursing staff with ease and so any issues
are dealt with efficiently and always good humour (which I know they need in abundance)!
Beautiful garden which we have enjoyed all summer. Mum speaks very highly of the food which is a massive plus!

Welcoming and friendly environment. Staff committed to delivering a high standard of care. My mother became a resident in May this year and she is thriving with the regular social contact from the staff and other residents, regular, good food and support for her well-being. She is also enjoying the
social events and is still talking about her 'fine dining' experience! As a family, we are relieved my mother is in a safe, caring environment. She has settled so well and is happy.

I cannot praise Cherry Tree Care Home highly enough. The staff are kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are all stars! Cherry Tree provides entertainment, hairdressing and chiropody, and the catering is first-class - always a choice of menu. Visitors are made to feel welcome and
part of the Cherry Tree family. I am so pleased with the care that Mum is receiving.

My aunt has been very well looked after at Cherry Tree Care Home.
The home is very well managed, has a very good ethos and reputation, and the staff have been friendly and helpful at all times.
The food is excellent and the beautiful garden is very well maintained and is a very pleasant place to
sit and relax.

Job Title: General Manager Joined: 2021

My name is Anna and I am the General Manager at Cherry Tree Care Home. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2007 and have had a varied career both working in the NHS and overseas.


I joined Hallmark in 2021 as Deputy Manager before recently taking on the role of General Manager. I am passionate about delivering high standards of care. We cherish our residents and ensure they live life to the full, by providing a wide range of activities. My favourite part of the day is chatting with residents over a cup of tea and biscuits.
