Overall Experience
My dad is fairly new to the home but has settled in well.
The home has recently changed ownership and in a very short space of time, the changes have been very positive from what I can see.
There is a new garden where my dad can grow vegetables and feed the birds. The staff are great; friendly, caring, and fun. It genuinely feels like a home and not a wing of a hospital like some others we visited!

We can't recommend it enough.

I joined Bank House Nursing Home in 2025, and in a short time, I’ve truly grown to love the home. It has such a wonderful feel - set within beautiful grounds, with bright, spacious rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The residents enjoy a full range of engaging activities and lovely home-cooked meals every day. It’s a joy to be part of such a caring team, and I’m so proud of the positive, family spirit that makes Bank House such a special place to live and work.
