Trafalgar Park Care Home

My great aunt is well cared for and happy at all times when we call. She is 98 and this great age is accredited to her care over the first few years she has been placed in the home. Staff are always very friendly and I am pleased with the support/care they give.

She is well cared for and we enjoy visiting the home and find staff very friendly and caring.

Since being a resident for around sixteen months I have found the staff very helpful and respectful. All my needs have been met. Even when they are short staffed they try their best to be at our attendance. They deserve much more time to themselves and more pay but they still do their best for us. They certainly deserve our respect.

My husband has received excellent care during his stay at Trafalgar Park care home. All the staff treat him with respect and dignity and go above and beyond to get him involved in activities.

My grandfather has received excellent care whilst staying at Trafalgar Park Care Home. The staff go above and beyond to meet his needs and I would highly recommend this care home.

The quality of care received by my brother-in-law is of the highest order. The staff are most caring and considerate in what can be very trying circumstances. Their friendly nature to family and friends of their residents gives confidence to families that their loved ones are really cared for. This is most re-assuring especially when so many care homes in Great Britain received justifiable criticism for poor care and abuse to residents in past times.

I would recommend this care home to everyone, the carers are all lovely and the overall place is well looked after. I feel like my mother is safe and well looked after.

My mother was in Trafalgar Park for 9 years and had excellent care the whole time. The staff were very caring and I also had very good associations with many of them. Always welcomed whenever myself or other family came to visit.

My father has been staying at Trafalgar Park care home for around six months and in that time I cannot fault the care he has received. The home is very clean the food looks delicious and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

My father enjoys staying at Trafalgar Park care home unlike previous care homes he has stayed at. The staff are marvelous and go out of their way to help the patients. I feel happy knowing that my father is receiving all the care he needs.

Always a friendly welcome and staff always happy to discuss how things are with the resident (my father). Good care and good facilities at the home.

The staff put so much effort into all the events arranged for the residents making sure they are all included and enjoying themselves. The tea party for the Queen's 90th was excellent.

From the moment my grandmother attended and came to live in this care home I felt at ease that she was looked after with excellent care. From her lovely room, surroundings, fantastic care and respect/dignity shown to her at all times. She loves it here and can't speak enough of the staff and wonderful job they do. My nan has been on respite to other care homes that were the total opposite to this care home. She loves all the activities she does ie. painting, singers, tea party. She enjoys having her hair done and staff maintain good hygiene with my nan. I would not let her go to any other care home. Well done Trafalgar Park.

Trafalgar Park is a great home. Nothing is too much for the caring staff. My husband is well looked after and does not want for anything. The home is always clean and tidy and decorated with things that residents can relate to. The entertainment is always good and the staff make sure all are involved. The food is well prepared and residents have a choice of menu. I am so pleased my husband is there and has 24/7 care from all the staff who have the patience and love to give to all.

I have found the staff very helpful. I don't know how I could manage without them. I am very grateful to them, as I think having to do twelve hour shifts for the work they do they deserve better pay. They try to help us to make the most of ourselves and help us with our mobility. They all have patience with us when we are feeling down or ill.
