I really appreciate the transparency of this care home. Always an open door policy and a very warm welcome each time. My father is very content and seems much more healthy well fed and happy. Lots to do and keeping residents busy and some good exercise to keep minds busy. Glad to have found such a nice care home.

From the start when two members of staff came to assess my mother-in-law at her home I felt confident that she was in good hands. Since her first day at Trafalgar Park she has been in excellent hands also. The carers and all staff from management to laundry and catering for example just show her general kindness. I have nothing but praise for their patience and care.

This care home is excellent. Mum loves being here and joining in with all the activities. She's always laughing. It's a pleasure to visit.

I visited my sister who is a resident of Trafalgar Park Care Home. For a change, I put together a picnic like lunch for her. Her carers had put her ready for me in a wheelchair and I was able to sit in a prettily decorated room in order for her to have some quiet time with me. I also took my sister for a pleasant stroll outside. All the carers are very kind and helpful.

Visits always leave the impression of a professional, caring environment. Very good surroundings the communal areas are beautiful, spacious and a joy to sit in.

Very pleased with care in general. My brother is very happy.

My husband was always treated with dignity and respect during his stay and it helped me cope with his dementia. I will always be grateful for this.

This is the first week for my mother-in-law to be here and we are extremely pleased with the welcome she received. She has settled in well and seems to be liking the activities. The food she thinks is tremendous. Her only complaint is that the weather isn't very nice.

My mother is treated like royalty at the home. Well fed and always clean and tidy. The management are approachable and excellent to deal with.

My mother has bee at Trafalgar Park for 8 or 10 years and I have always been very happy with the way she has been looked after. I have found the staff kind and considerate at all times. The home has undergone a facelift recently which is a considerable improvement.

Resident has only been in two days but our overall impression is of excellence all round. Mum appears extremely happy judging by the smile on her face. Welcomed in the first day with a trip to the hair salon which gave her back some dignity and normality. Communication with home through manager and deputy manager has been thorough and helpful in securing mother's placement. I cannot fault them.

All staff and management are wonderful. Very welcoming and my Aunty seems very happy as the staff are so caring.
