My brother is treated well and with dignity. Furthermore, I, as a daily visitor for my brother and formerly for my sister, now deceased, I feel I am in a good position to say I would not want my relatives anywhere else. The care and compassion is excellent, along with the management.

The staff are wonderful they support the residents with warmth, professionalism and humour. The new manager is very efficient, understanding and professional. Her warmth shines through which is so comforting to residents and their families during difficult transitions in their health. When asked about why he chose to work in the care sector, Thomas remarked:
“Everyone needs help sometimes. We've all been in periods of our lives where we need someone to help us, regardless of age. I feel privileged working in the care sector and giving people the help they need.”
Thomas talks about his proudest achievement when becoming a father and having to rebuild his house after severe flood damage on his own, finishing it three days before his son was born!
