I find the staff very helpful and welcoming on visiting. They are very good with their needs and accommodating in keeping the residents busy with activities and entertainment. I cannot find any problems.

Overall, a good home with caring staff. Mum wears hearing aids, and we are having a lot of trouble ensuring the staff change and give them to her every day. Most days, she is not given them in a timely manner (when dressing). The room is very nice, and the food and beverages are very well-managed....

From first viewing the room and care home before admission, we were so impressed. The staff are so caring, nothing is too much trouble. The residents are so well looked after, it puts my mind at ease knowing everyone is treated with dignity. In my opinion, Trafalgar Park is an amazing care home.

Thomas talks about his proudest achievement when becoming a father and having to rebuild his house after severe flood damage on his own, finishing it three days before his son was born!
