My mother previously resided at another care organisation. I often felt the care staff there, were only interested in "checking boxes" rather than the kind of empathetic care I would expect to be someone's care giver. Fortunately she was moved to Hilton Court and it was like night and day. The staff here genuinely care about the residents, host open days and always show exemplary care and respect. Best thing that happened to my mum.

I would recommend this care home, because it is the only one I was told would give me independence for a flat. You do your own washing, ironing, cooking and cleaning.

I am passionate about my job and care deeply about both the team that I work with and the residents and families who let me be a part of their lives.
I aim to provide the best care for residents at Hilton Court and we go above and beyond to ensure that they have a happy and dignified stay at our home.
I have significant experience in the nursing sector, having qualified over 18 years ago and specialised in the care of sick children, the mental health sector and elderly care. It is this extensive knowledge and skill that I bring to my role as manager at Hilton Court.
We provide an array of activities to encourage our residents to stay active and look after their physical and mental well-being. This includes our very popular tai chi and yoga classes, which encourage physical activity and mindfulness.
Our home is subdivided into smaller domestic-style units that create a warmer, more intimate living experience for our residents. The courtyard also offers a quiet and enclosed space to enjoy some relaxation.
I want to ensure residents have fulfilled lives during their time at Hilton Court; their well-being is my top priority. I aim to bring fun and laughter, as well as security to the lives of those living with us.
We endeavour to empower residents to feel confident and independent and to support individuals to reach their own personal goals and wishes.
