I am really happy with the staff I went into town on my day and bought a top. I also received gifts, I was brought in a body wash and 3-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. We went to another town I went to see a musical it was amazing.

Since arriving I have been very well looked after, I have been treated like an adult and the other residents I spend time with also behave like adults, at my last place I felt as though I was in a kindergarten. The food is first class, with plenty of choices. There are lots of activities, you are never bored. I am happy here and I am quite content to be here.

I have been a resident at Hilton Court for eight years. Out of all the other placements I've been in, it has been by far the best facility, atmosphere, staff, freshly cooked food with a different soup each day. The staff and management are all really nice and ask how I am regularly. There are also lots of group activities, there is also a good amount of freedom when trust has been built up. If I had to be in a until due to CTO I would hope I was placed here at Hilton Court.
Absolutely wonderful care home. My mum has been so happy since coming here. All the staff are so vibrant and positive. They genuinely care and put effort into the care of the people they support. All very organised and clean as well. They hosted a birthday party for my mum and she loved it. she is very loved here, no complaints whatsoever.

In my life, I have been in some kind of psychiatric unit/care home for around 9 years in total. I am a 36 year old male. I will say Hilton Court Care Home is a very good environment for someone who is struggling with mental health, compared to being in a hospital or other psychiatric unit. There is a good degree of privacy while at the same time the staff are approachable and friendly and ask me how I am throughout the day. The food is excellent, often restaurant quality.

I am passionate about my job and care deeply about both the team that I work with and the residents and families who let me be a part of their lives.
I aim to provide the best care for residents at Hilton Court and we go above and beyond to ensure that they have a happy and dignified stay at our home.
I have significant experience in the nursing sector, having qualified over 18 years ago and specialised in the care of sick children, the mental health sector and elderly care. It is this extensive knowledge and skill that I bring to my role as manager at Hilton Court.
We provide an array of activities to encourage our residents to stay active and look after their physical and mental well-being. This includes our very popular tai chi and yoga classes, which encourage physical activity and mindfulness.
Our home is subdivided into smaller domestic-style units that create a warmer, more intimate living experience for our residents. The courtyard also offers a quiet and enclosed space to enjoy some relaxation.
I want to ensure residents have fulfilled lives during their time at Hilton Court; their well-being is my top priority. I aim to bring fun and laughter, as well as security to the lives of those living with us.
We endeavour to empower residents to feel confident and independent and to support individuals to reach their own personal goals and wishes.
