The care and support given at Hilton Court is of an exceptionally high standard and sometimes it is phenomenal, it comes from the heart. I am continually impressed by the patience, understanding and professionalism of those who work there, whatever their role. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the health and well-being of residents is the primary concern. I would certainly recommend Hilton Court to others.

I find the staff and facilities available of an extremely high standard. Staff are always available to discuss any enquiries I have. They also keep me informed of any changes to be made. They also support me if I am upset after any difficult visits. I would have no problem recommending Hilton Court to anyone.
I am pleased with the care offered by Hilton Court. The staff seem to be caring and provide me with information when I ask. It would be useful for my son to be offered more physical exercise, otherwise, he is looked after quite well.

I am passionate about my job and care deeply about both the team that I work with and the residents and families who let me be a part of their lives.
I aim to provide the best care for residents at Hilton Court and we go above and beyond to ensure that they have a happy and dignified stay at our home.
I have significant experience in the nursing sector, having qualified over 18 years ago and specialised in the care of sick children, the mental health sector and elderly care. It is this extensive knowledge and skill that I bring to my role as manager at Hilton Court.
We provide an array of activities to encourage our residents to stay active and look after their physical and mental well-being. This includes our very popular tai chi and yoga classes, which encourage physical activity and mindfulness.
Our home is subdivided into smaller domestic-style units that create a warmer, more intimate living experience for our residents. The courtyard also offers a quiet and enclosed space to enjoy some relaxation.
I want to ensure residents have fulfilled lives during their time at Hilton Court; their well-being is my top priority. I aim to bring fun and laughter, as well as security to the lives of those living with us.
We endeavour to empower residents to feel confident and independent and to support individuals to reach their own personal goals and wishes.
