Situated in the heart of Rosyth, Hilton Court is a 32 bed home with has good links by road and rail to all major towns and cities in the central belt.

The home has a team of experienced registered nurses and support workers who provide personalised, recovery focused support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and their associated conditions. Hilton Court also has access to various healthcare professionals, including GPs, Psychiatry/Psychology, Specialist Nursing Services, Talking Therapies and Community Mental Health Teams.

Hilton Court offers high quality accommodation where each resident has their own bedroom with ensuite facilities. There are several communal areas for residents to relax, socialise and dine in, including dedicated activities areas. The home also has private courtyard areas which are safe, secure and accessible, offering residents an area to sit and relax or enjoy a BBQ.

While the home offers long terms placements, as part of their rehab focus, it also has three self-contained apartments. These are designed to enable residents to develop their life skills with a view to them moving on to their own community-based accommodation.

Hilton Court offers residents a varied programme of activities that can be tailored to suit individual needs. Residents are supported and encouraged to socialise and engage in life at the home as well as in the local community.

Food is prepared by a team of professional chefs to ensure it is always nutritious, varied, and responsive to dietary requirements. The home also has a number of kitchenettes where the team work with residents to develop their cooking skills.

The team follow rigorous infection control procedures in line with the latest public health guidance to protect the safety of residents, their loved ones and the team.

I am pleased with the care offered by Hilton Court. The staff seem to be caring and provide me with information when I ask. It would be useful for my son to be offered more physical exercise, otherwise, he is looked after quite well.

Job Title: Care Home Manager

I am passionate about my job and care deeply about both the team that I work with and the residents and families who let me be a part of their lives.


I aim to provide the best care for residents at Hilton Court and we go above and beyond to ensure that they have a happy and dignified stay at our home.


I have significant experience in the nursing sector, having qualified over 18 years ago and specialised in the care of sick children, the mental health sector and elderly care. It is this extensive knowledge and skill that I bring to my role as manager at Hilton Court.


We provide an array of activities to encourage our residents to stay active and look after their physical and mental well-being. This includes our very popular tai chi and yoga classes, which encourage physical activity and mindfulness.


Our home is subdivided into smaller domestic-style units that create a warmer, more intimate living experience for our residents. The courtyard also offers a quiet and enclosed space to enjoy some relaxation.


I want to ensure residents have fulfilled lives during their time at Hilton Court; their well-being is my top priority. I aim to bring fun and laughter, as well as security to the lives of those living with us.


We endeavour to empower residents to feel confident and independent and to support individuals to reach their own personal goals and wishes.
