Since Covid, I have noticed some really good changes at Drummohr. The place is a lot more vibrant and my father actually feels part of something and really loves being there. The company seem to have spent money doing the place up, new carpets and paint which is really nice but the biggest difference is how the staff are now. They appear more engaged, really thorough and caring (not that they weren't before) nothing appears to be too much trouble. After 3 years of turmoil and all the hassle caused by Covid, it's great to see my father so settled and enjoying his days.

We as a family are very happy with the care and support our mum receives. We know we can ask anything of the staff to make Mum comfortable and happy. Mum is treated with respect and dignity and more, or just as, important fun! We feel the one area that could improve is the laundry which comes up short at times.

Staff keep me well updated on my mum's progress during the recent lockdown. I find the services very helpful and they ease my mind knowing I can't visit myself. I really recommend the care home, the staff are great.

I would just like to say the care home staff are lovely very helpful. They have a nice garden area with a gazebo in place for garden visits so we are shielded from the elements. They have PPE available and access to hand sanitizers, the home is clean and fresh. All staff are doing a great job in this current situation we are living in at the moment.

Mum came to Drummohr after it was recommended by a social worker for the care she needed. I have found the staff very polite, friendly and always able to answer any questions I have regarding my mum.

My mother moved into Drummohr in January 2019 and she has been well looked after. The managers have been very proactive for my mother's needs and have dealt promptly and enthusiastically with my requests about my mother's needs. The staff/carers have also been attentive and helpful towards my mother.

My grandpa has settled very well into Drummohr Care Home, thanks to the care and attentiveness of the staff. They recognise his needs and he is happy here. I am so impressed by the facilities for residents and visitors. We are able to enjoy quality family time with grandpa, make coffee and play music. Grandpa was accommodated here at very short notice, which we are very grateful for. He has since moved to a bedroom on a more appropriate floor which he is very happy with. The staff turned this around for him as quickly as they could. Thank you for treating my grandpa with dignity and respect.

The staff did a great job creating a social area for residents and their families. The celebration of its opening was a very enjoyable day with staff going above and beyond to make the day fun for all the residents.

A lovely team at Drummohr, take time to add personal touches to the care of their residents.

Excellent care is given to my father in law. Staff can't do enough for us all. Housekeeping staff are great and are always on the go. Staff are always visible, the managers door is always open and she will always give you time when needed or will often just come out to say hello and ask how things are. The care given to my father in law has been exceptional, we can't fault it at all, this has helped with the transition which has been difficult for our family. We would just like to say thank you.

I have found the care excellent over the last few months. Glad to see the absence of agency staff. Pleased to see lots more full-time carers.

All in all, things are looking up. We are very happy for now.

In December 2013 my mother broke her hip and also had haematomas on the brain. Mum underwent surgery and the surgeon told me because of the circumstances and Mum's age we could expect her to get a year at most. In April 2014 a room became available at Drummhor. I wasn't sure about it but after 1 week Mum was back to her usual self and full of praise for the care staff. Thanks to the diligence, care and loving attention from the care staff Mum enjoys a great quality of life. I can't praise the staff highly enough. For those who like to know these things my mother is well on her way now to the grand old age of101!!. That I think says it all. 5 stars all round.
