My aunt had a wonderful Christmas the staff bought her presents which made her very happy. This is a lovely home, very caring and thoughtful. Cannot thank them enough.

I am very happy to be here. My room is lovely and cosey. All staff are very friendly. I get 24-hour care and I know I am safe here and get my meals every day, which I enjoyed and clean clothes washed. Everyone is very happy and friendly.

Extremely happy with this care home. Carers very good. Nothing too much of a problem, spend quality time with my mother who has settled in well and feels safe and secure. I, as a relative, would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone needing care. The rooms and overall building
are kept immaculate. There are daily social activities for my mother to participate if she wishes. As a daughter, I come in and spent quality time with my mother knowing she is happy, safe and well looked after.

I have found the staff and the manager of Castle View Care Home to be very caring and supportive to residents and family. rooms are clean, food is nourishing and there is a good choice with various diets catered for. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. There are various activities which
residents can join in if they wish. A hairdresser is also available two days a week. I feel Castle View is a very good care home and would recommend it.

My mum settled in at Castle View straight away and was made to feel so welcome. She blossomed for 10 months, the care was excellent. At the end, the staff were fantastic, so caring. I would recommend Castle View to anyone. Can't thank them enough.

As I have only been here three and a half weeks I am still trying to come to terms with the system. I am finding this quite difficult but feel that I will come to terms with it given more time.

My old friend's wife is a resident at Castle View. I popped in to see her and she may not have remembered me, but I could see how well she was cared for. The staff were so kind and helpful. Even the manager took time out to speak to us and was very informative. I could see she knew the lady and

Staff are considerate and caring and helpful at all times. Always patient and understanding with the residents.


Residents are well looked after, always clean, tidy, properly washed and dressed each day; personal care is excellent.


A nurse is always on duty. The nurse and staff are approachable

and ready to answer any questions or address any concerns in a positive manner.
