My brother has not long moved here and just going on this short time, my views are that the staff are always very helpful; both when I have been able to visit and anytime I have called; they are always friendly.

Mum has been in Castle View for just over a year now and has had first class care. Carers go above and beyond to make Mum comfortable and happy.

Hygiene and cleanliness is also to a high standard as are Mum's medical requirements.

Mum was admitted to Castle View at the end of August 2018 in the later stages of MND. As a family, we have nothing but praise for the staff who looked after mum so well and with professionalism and compassion. We were listened to when we had any concerns (which were very few) and changes were made. Nothing was ever any trouble for staff and we always felt welcome and mum was happy. Sadly she passed away at the end of January but we are grateful to the staff for making her time there very comfortable.

Extremely happy with this care home. Carers very good. Nothing too much of a problem, spend quality time with my mother who has settled in well and feels safe and secure. I, as a relative, would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone needing care. The rooms and overall building are kept immaculate. There are daily social activities for my mother to participate if she wishes. As a daughter, I come in and spent quality time with my mother knowing she is happy, safe and well looked after.

I have found the staff and the manager of Castle View Care Home to be very caring and supportive to residents and family. rooms are clean, food is nourishing and there is a good choice with various diets catered for. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. There are various activities which residents can join in if they wish. A hairdresser is also available two days a week. I feel Castle View is a very good care home and would recommend it.
