A spacious home, Douglas View has a cinema and bar for residents to enjoy as well as a selection of eight sitting rooms, six dining areas, a café and hairdressing salon. The lovely landscaped garden and courtyard, tended by some of the residents, are favourite spots to spend time catching up with friends and family.

The dementia wards are of a strong urine smell it hits you as you walk through the door. In Avon lounge, it is extremely strong and is right next to the dining room which can't be very nice for the residents to enjoy their meals. Even after new flooring has been put down in the corridors it is...

I like living in Douglas View as I am near my sister who lives here. Enjoy having meals with her and going out and about. I enjoy going out in the gardens. The staff support me and my sister to attend our weekly club.
