My mother moved into Westward House in march and has settled in extremely well. It is a very homely, caring atmosphere at all times. She enjoys the food and has put on some weight since she went in. The staff are all wonderful, very caring and nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of activities and the lady in charge is so enthusiastic. I am very happy with the care received by my mum in Westwood House.

My husband was in for respite. I would recommend to anyone as he is made to feel welcome and had good care. You felt he was safe and it was very clean.

Overall Experience

Ever since my father became resident at Westwood House, he was treated with the utmost dignity and care and respect. His needs were always at the forefront of the staff's thoughts and his care was excellent. All the staff I witnessed, treated every resident the same way. My father was very content at Westwood House.

Reply from Joanne Ward, Home manager at Westwood House Care Home
