Staff at this care home are the most talented, caring, conscientious, trained, personal and brilliant - we feel so lucky to have the support of this team for my dad - he went at the beginning of Feb and has got nothing but positive to say about all the staff here.

A good care home with kind, caring and friendly staff. Good activities and staff. Was told they would not move but she was moved to another care home as the council would not pay her care home fees. Very disappointed and expensive.

Always a pleasant visit. Staff are always willing to chat and help etc.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the care is amazing. The care is excellent and the staff do anything to help it feels like you are visiting friends every week.

It's a joy to visit my friend, the staff are friendly and caring, we chat to other residents and their visitors. There is always a selection of lovely cakes and pastries on offer in the Cafe. The entertainment staff are always busy organising things to entertain and occupy the residents. My friend says that the quality of the food is really good. If one of my relatives needed care I would be happy for them to reside there.

Wonderful care was given to my mother at Field Lodge, where she had lived for five years. From the manager to the carers, kitchen staff, domestic, etc, everyone was thoughtful, kind and caring. I could not have wished for any better care. The activities provided were excellent and relevant and organised to suit residents needs. ]Sadly, my mother died a few days ago. I will be forever grateful to Field Lodge for looking after her so well.

My mother has been in Field Lodge for over 3 years and she has had amazing care. The staff are always smiling and nothing is too much when asked anything. The home is very clean and welcoming. Mum has dementia but is always happy and well cared for. I would recommend Field Lodge to anyone who is looking for a safe and caring home for a relative.

Mum has been a resident at Field Lodge for the best part of three years. With dementia, type one diabetes and more recently a mini-stroke, she is a complex individual. Mum has been very well looked after at the home and treated with dignity. Medical issues have always been resolved as quickly as possible and the family has always been kept informed. Staff are generally very good, facilities and entertainment all of a high standard. I would recommend Field Lodge if asked.

I arrived in December and was made very welcome. I am looked after and have a good relationship with the lovely staff. I enjoy taking part in the activities programme and they are varied. On the whole, I am very settled in my new home, the only improvements I can suggest are to the wifi connection and a more consistent standard of catering.

Field Lodge feels like home. There is a kind and caring atmosphere. It has excellent facilities. They are clean and comfortable. There is a lovely garden. There are many enjoyable activities for residents. The staff are caring and professional. They were very thoughtful; for example, buying and decorating a table for my parent's wedding anniversary, and also Christmas too. Thank you for your kindness and care to both my parents.

My wife spent three weeks in Field Lodge as a period of respite (mainly for me) From the first enquiry to the moment she left after three weeks, we found nothing other than professionalism coupled with a sympathetic, caring approach.

Our 104-year-old mother is looked after very well. Always well turned out and her care is excellent. The site is always clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall we are very happy with the care received by our mum. She seems happy and well looked after. The staff all seem friendly and competent and mum enjoys their company.

Field Lodge Care Home in st Ives has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. It stood out from other care homes as the place where Mum would feel most at home. The care team are kind and thoughtful and help to put mum at her ease. The covid pandemic brought lots of challenges but the protection measures were second to none. Management team have been quick to address any day-to-day concerns. Overall, Mum is very happy there.

My husband only moved into Field Lodge eight months ago. The care he has received has been exemplary from the time he entered the home until he passed away. He has been treated with kindness, respect and dignity right to the end. I cannot thank the management and care staff enough.

Field Lodge is a friendly and caring environment with excellent staff and facilities. My father has been a resident for nearly three years. He has recently returned from a brief spell in hospital and was desperate to get back "home" as he now called Field Lodge. The staff have been magnificent with his new and increased needs, all of which has been delivered despite the strain put on everybody by the Covid situation. That said, our experience with both the care and management team has always been good. The default is to help and support whenever they can, but more importantly, he is happy.

Staff are always pleasant and with a smile, easy to talk to, always ready to help and support. I feel that they do their very best for my friend who is a resident there.

The staff are wonderful - extremely kind and caring. The home is clean, bright and has many facilities. Staff have been excellent in taking both mum and me through the process and settling in mum. Nothing has been too much trouble.
