I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to our residents and their families, as well as being committed to creating a positive dining and enjoyable front-of-house experience. I am lucky to be joining an enthusiastic and motivated hospitality team who strives to meet the needs of all our residents.


Joining a care home environment I am sure will bring its challenges, however, I am looking forward to learning new skills and I am sure that this role will bring great satisfaction and opportunities that will all come together to deliver a high-quality living experience for our residents.

The housekeeping team and I make sure our home is kept clean and tidy to a very high standard. We provide a weekly service to all our residents to ensure their private apartment suites are maintained to their personal preference and their laundry requirements are met. The communal areas are cleaned daily so our home looks as good today as it did when we first opened in 2014. We take great pride in our home and value the lovely relationship we have with all our residents.

Neal has been a Chef for 24 years and has worked in various roles and establishments throughout the industry. Neal has been at Rosebery Manor for over 5 years and enjoys catering for our residents in all three of our restaurants.


Meeting all dietary requirements and requests on a daily basis is something that Neal prides himself on.


Neal leads a team that delivers a well-balanced, nutritious and beautifully presented course, served to all whatever time of day.

My name is Jason and I joined Rosebery Manor in 2024 following over 20 years in joinery. I took on the role of Maintenance Manger in 2025. My days are full and varied. Maintaining our communal areas and complying with Senior Living standards I offer a high standard with dedication, initiative and motivation.

With over 40 years of experience in the care sector, Mandy is now thrilled to be The Oaks Dementia Care Manager.


Mandy completed her level 5 in Health and Social Care in 2021 and has supported others to progress in this area.


Mandy is passionate about supporting our residents, their families and her team as well as being an important part of Rosebery Manor.


Mandy has dedicated 5 years to Rosebery Manor and continues to support personal growth within the home and especially within the Dementia community.

I am the Well-Being and Activities Coordinator here at Rosebery Manor.
My journey started here in December 2022 as an Activities Assistant and loved it from day 1!
Getting to know the residents and their likes and interests as well as dislikes helps build positive
relationships that enables us to support them to live as independently as possible and ensure their well-being is priority.
I was promoted to Coordinator in July 2023 and my feet haven’t touched the floor, my role is varied, fun, challenging and extremely rewarding. I have a great team who all put the resident’s well-being first and their support and teamwork is exceptional.
I look forward to continuing my journey at Rosebery Manor.
