I looked into several daycare providers but didn't find anything suitable for my dads needs until I visited Belong, Warrington. My dad started attending Belong Experience Days once per week in February and has since increased his visits to twice weekly due to the benefit these are giving him. He loves his dominoes, helping with the garden and really enjoys it when they have music days.
He loves his visits and the staff are amazing with him, he always tells me they make a fuss of him. Honestly, I cannot thank the staff enough for what they have given my Dad and he has also found some new friends along the way.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are delighted that you are finding our daycare service a valuable way of helping to support your dad and that he loves the activities so much during his frequent visits to Belong Warrington. We look forward to your dad's next visit.
They are always very welcoming and treat my father as if he were a loved family member.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide this feedback. It means a great deal to the team here and we are so pleased to hear your dad feels like a loved member of our Belong Warrington family.
Absolutely brilliant. If I could give more than 100%, I would do so.
Thank you for submitting such a kind review. We are delighted to hear your experience with Belong has been a good one. Thanks again for choosing Belong Warrington.
Mum had just come out of hospital and needed some special care to help her recover and Belong Warrington Specialist Day Care definitely provided this. The staff listened to what we needed and gave good suggestions for Mum's care. In a couple of days, the improvement was so noticeable. The staff have been brilliant, caring, thoughtful, putting Mum first and going out of their way to ensure she is happy. You all got a big hug and thank you from all of the family.
Thank you very much for this lovely review. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide it and our Belong Warrington experience day team will be delighted to hear that your mum is showing such improvement and is settled and happy.
My uncle spent the last twelve/eighteen months at Belong Warrington, they gave him decency, help and everything included in what family provide. He loved each and every one of his carers and all household staff. He played piano for residents until his fall but he was made to feel very respected in his final days.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this incredibly moving feedback. It was a privilege to support your uncle and it is crucial to us that we make people's time with us as special and positive as possible. We loved him playing the piano. It will mean a great deal to our village and...
My mum, 89 with Alzheimer's went into Belong at the start of December 2023. Getting her in, from an admin perspective, was made very easy by the management. In fact, they went over and above to ensure this was as painless a move as possible for the family. The whole care staff at Belong have been excellent, both professionally and caring-wise. Within 2 weeks she was more alert, her mood was better, her anxiety had greatly reduced, her skin was hydrated and she was fully engaged with two activities per day. It was a very difficult thing to do to move Mum from her own home but this was the best thing we could have done. Thank you Belong.
Thank you very much for this lovely review. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide it and our village teams will be delighted to hear that your mum is settled and happy and you feel that Belong was the best place for her to be. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Thank you for your very special end-of-life care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this feedback. Our team will be most touched to read this. It was a privilege to care for your husband, and we are delighted to hear that your experience of Belong Warrington was so positive. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Being a 24-hour carer for Mum who has dementia, I desperately needed a break so, after a degree of research, we decided to put Mum into Belong Warrington for two-week respite care. I was extremely nervous about how she would react to her carers and surroundings but my fears were unfounded. She absolutely loved it. She had activities as and when she wanted them, she had her hair done and her nails painted and freshly cooked food every day. The care she was given was above and beyond, with all staff so welcoming and reassuring. Her room was spacious with en suite facilities which led onto a cosy lounge and a patio where she sat out when the weather was warm. Overall, the respite stay was beyond our expectations and suffice it to say, we know where our first port of call will be when she needs respite care again.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback about your experience with our respite stay. Our team work really hard to ensure a friendly, homely and welcoming environment. It means a great deal to our Belong Warrington team to know that this is appreciated.
Dad arrived at Belong almost 4 weeks ago looking tired, drawn and grey following 13 weeks in the hospital. He received the warmest of welcomes and we could not be happier that this is where Dad now lives. He looks 100% better already, he is receiving the best of care, he eats freshly prepared home-cooked meals every day and he has activities and entertainment available to him twice daily if he wants it. He's busier and more stimulated than he has been for years! His accommodation is lovely, a private room with ensuite facilities and a fabulous homely open plan living area and kitchen. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff are incredible. As a family, we are welcome anytime we like and we are kept well informed regarding Dad's care both in person and via the app. Belong Warrington, has brought a huge sense of relief to all the family, knowing that Dad is receiving the very best of care with the loveliest team of carers. This is what all care homes should be like! Thank-you Belong.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. We are delighted to know that your dad is happy at Belong Warrington and that the dedication of our village teams is making a difference in particular that he looks 100% better. Thank you for choosing Belong.
My relative fell ill having just moved into Belong Warrington care home. A member of staff from the home stayed with me at the hospital and was a great support. Unfortunately, my relative passed away, but Belong was kind enough to take him back there for end-of-life treatment. He passed in a lovely room with sensory equipment, including gentle lighting, soft music and aroma scents. All peaceful, calming and gentle and with the utmost dignity. His wife moved into Belong two weeks ago - the staff are so kind and caring. The food being cooked looks delicious. Overall the most lovely home-from-home care and treatment. My relatives were in another home before they moved to Belong and that was so regimental and strict. Belong is perfect in every way.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this incredibly moving feedback. It was a privilege to support your relative and now your relative's wife and it is crucial to us that we make people's time with us as special and positive as possible. Very happy with my mother’s care. Although she has dementia and it is hard to get her opinion, she is clearly well looked after and content. She obviously enjoys the food and feels at home. Our only concern is that she is usually wearing clothes which aren’t hers but she is oblivious.
Thank you for your positive feedback on the support provided at Belong Warrington. We do our best to understand every customer and it is a pleasure to have your mother living with us. We are delighted to hear that she enjoys the food and feels at home. We were not aware of reports of lost laundry and we will investigate this immediately. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Belong Warrington is an exceptional care home. The dedication, quality of care and kindness of the staff was far in excess of our hopes for my wife's care requirements in all aspects. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff, for my wife and her visitors. The premises are maintained to an exceptionally high level as is the cleanliness. They are equipped with the latest types of disability aids and staff are well-trained in their use. The nursing staff, which my wife required towards the end of her care at Belong were highly trained and very compassionate. They made from the start, my wife's life fun and enjoyable whilst she was able to appreciate it and in the end, they were kind and compassionate. Top marks Belong 100/100.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. We are delighted to know that your wife was happy and enjoyed her time at Belong Warrington. We are especially pleased to hear that we exceeded your expectations in regard to care and we thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Apart from all of the facilities being just phenomenal the care my mother had was exemplary. She was booked in for just two weeks initially, as my husband and I got very sick with Covid she had to extend her care for an additional two weeks, the staff were only too willing to help and assist us were possible. Thank you.

You could feel that the staff have a genuine love and concern for the people who are in their care. This was also extended to us as his family and I will never forget how they treated us and my father in his last days.
I would recommend Belong without hesitation and will be eternally grateful to everybody there.

I think they are an inspiration to us all and an example of how we should treat each other in these trying and worrying times. It's about time that their selfless acts of love and kindness get noticed and made public in order to get the recognition they all deserve.
I truly hope that similar, like-minded people are around should I ever need to be cared for when I'm of a similar age.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback, which is valued by all the team. We are delighted to hear that your experience at Belong Warrington has been so positive and an exemplary service, and trust that it will continue to be so. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Parent on a household. Know it's been a hard time, but feel care slipped a lot for amount paid, not the same place it was 5-years ago.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very concerned about this customer experience which falls short of our expected standards and are now looking into your comments further. The village manager will arrange to contact you to discuss these matters in more detail and try to resolve the concerns.
My wife spent the last four years of her life at Belong Warrington. She was cared for by the "Family" of carers and staff who all gave her the best possible care in every respect, she was happy there and I couldn't have wished for a better environment than they provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belong Warrington to anybody who needs caring for.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback, particularly that we gave her the best possible care. We are delighted to know that your wife was happy at Belong Warrington and that the dedication of our village teams made a difference.
Outstanding, sensitive care for both my parents for over five years, including during serious illness.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Our team work really hard to ensure a friendly, homely and welcoming environment. It means a great deal to our village team to know that this is appreciated.
Had our first visit since Covid restrictions - not seen loved one for over 12 months. Throughout this difficult time, we were very reassured that the residents were very well looked after. However recently there have been staff changes on the household and the difference in communication and care has been absolutely outstanding. We have regular phone catch-ups/updates and the staff are trying their very best with difficult circumstances to give the absolute best possible care and attention. Can't thank the staff in Tetley household enough. Great job.
Thank you for taking the time to submit such wonderful feedback. We aim to maintain high standards at Belong Warrington; we are so delighted to hear this has been your experience and I will make sure your kind words are passed to the village team.
On every visit, I have made, the staff are always attentive and caring for the residents. They are dedicated and hard-working. We are very lucky to have them look after our dad.
