Thank you for your review and recognition of the incredible dedication of our frontline teams. It means a great deal to everyone at Belong Warrington that this is valued and we will pass on your feedback. We appreciate that 24-hour support is expensive and the annual inflation primarily reflects the impact of salary increases over recent years as we have moved to remunerate our teams at or above the Real Living Wage. Over the past four years, the average annual increase for 24-hour care was 5.2% and this year's increase was around 3%. As a not-for-profit organisation, we do everything possible to keep increases to a minimum, while staying in line with cost inflation to ensure the long term viability of our village model, which is key to maintaining high-quality services and support.
Thank you for the wonderful review. Our team at the home are thrilled you appreciate their work so much.
