Went to visit my mother today after 3 months. I saw her in her room on her household. I was absolutely blown away by the way she looked and the amazing amount of care she is being given. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for both mum and I during my visit. I left after my visit with a spring in my step. So lovely to know mum is being given amazing care from all the staff.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of Belong Warrington. We are so touched by your kind words and will aim to keep our services to such high standards.
I have been able to visit my mother-in-law twice since restrictions lifted. Each visit has been met with the same kind welcome despite having to go through all the procedures.
Mum was given a very nice bedroom.
The caretaker was extremely helpful when we moved mum in.
The household was busy, friendly and people seemed glad to see us.
The food was varied and imaginative.
The activities seemed very enjoyable.

Belong Warrington is a friendly care focussed care home. The residents are very well looked after and during the last year have coped admirably in very difficult circumstances. We owe the staff a very big thank you for all they have done.

I cannot recommend Belong Warrington enough. Everyone I've ever met here has been kind, genuine and respectful. They treat residents with respect and make sure they keep their dignity. Communication with family is excellent and I can ask any questions I want.
Thank you for your lovely comments. The team works very hard they will be delighted with your lovely review. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
Mum has been a resident at Belong Warrington for almost 4 years. Her condition has deteriorated considerably and we have had one or two scares though she has thankfully recovered every time. The standard of care provided by the staff not only to my mother but also our whole family is second to none. Over the last 12 months, the staff have kept us updated with regular photographs and plenty of video calls. It's clear from my mum's action that she feels very settled, happy and much loved by all the staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Thank you so much for your kind comments. I am so pleased that you had a positive experience and that we were able to deliver the care that was expected and deserved for your mother. Thank you for taking the time to review us and I will share your comments with The Belong Warrington team.
It's my first visit and I've only seen the reception area.
Thank you for your review, the team will really appreciate it! Best wishes.
Excellent care home. Have been to a few and this is the best for staff care. Handling of the recent Covid crisis has been good. Well communicated. If I need a care home in the future this will be my first choice.
The team at Belong Warrington would like to thank you so much for taking the time to send in this review. We really appreciate your comments and are so pleased that we were able to make a positive difference.
Mum cared for how I would wish to be cared for. Person-centred, individual care. During the lockdown, I have know my mum to be in safe hands and loved by the care staff. As usual, she is happy and smiley, well-nourished and always clean and tidy. Looking forward to visiting more often. Thank you, Belong - would not wish my mum to be anywhere else.
Thank you for your extremely kind words. The village at Belong Warrington appreciate the trust you place in us as a team. We make every effort to meet the needs of our wonderful residents. It is a privilege to care for each and every one of them. I will pass on your sentiments to the whole team.
My husband came to Belong Warrington on 25.1.21, and I have only seen him twice since then, Covid precautions. He seems to have settled in, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It is a pleasure to look after your husband and thank you so much for your kind comments, especially at this time. We really appreciate your support.
The care my husband receives is just fantastic. They are so caring, kind and helpful. I'm so happy he is in Belong Warrington.
Thank you for your positive review and for allowing us to care for your husband. We are so pleased that you feel at ease and relaxed in our home. I will share your kind comments with my team.
The frontline staff set this care home apart. They genuinely care for the residents and this has been especially important during this coronavirus pandemic when we relatives have been unable to visit in person. I always feel that to them this is much more than just a job - it truly is a vocation. My continuing concern is about the increasing fees which have nearly doubled in the four years my mother has been a resident.
Thank you for your review and recognition of the incredible dedication of our frontline teams. It means a great deal to everyone at Belong Warrington that this is valued and we will pass on your feedback. We appreciate that 24-hour support is expensive and the annual inflation primarily reflects...
I think the staff at Belong in Warrington are amazing. They are one big family and the care they have given my parent and support to me has been faultless.
Thank you for the wonderful review. Our team at the home are thrilled you appreciate their work so much.
My experience of the home has been outstanding. nothing is too much trouble. Any questions answered promptly. Attitude if the staff is excellent. I cannot wait for the home to open up fully so my mother in law can benefit from sharing her experiences more with the family.
It is a pleasure to look after your mother-in-law, and thank you so much for your kind comments, especially at this time. We really appreciate your support.
During December 2020 my mother was placed on the end of life care. During this time my sister and I visited every day we witnessed first hand the love and care given to my mother by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they also looked after us too. Thankfully mum has recovered somewhat thanks to the love, support and dedication of all the staff. We cannot thank them enough.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of Belong Warrington. We are so touched by your kind words and will make sure your comments are shared with the village team.
This month I have been able to visit my mother, the first time since Christmas due to lockdown. My welcome pack to Belong Warrington has been exceptional and most welcoming. The initial testing is very efficient and done by friendly staff. I always receive a great welcome from reception staff too. My mother appears happy and content and there is always a member of the household to speak to for an update. I am very happy with her care here at Belong.
It is a pleasure to look after your mother and thank you so much for your kind comments, especially at this time. We really appreciate your support. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
My mum has always received excellent care from the staff at Belong Warrington. Recently she has been very ill and the care and support she (and I) have been given are outstanding. The support staff and nurses have been wonderful, showing total dedication to caring for her at all times. I can't thank them enough.
It is a pleasure to look after your mum and thank you so much for your kind comments, especially at this time. We really appreciate your support.
I moved my mum from another home because she needed additional care, it is the best decision I have ever made. Before the move I was concerned about a new environment and the confusion and upset for Mum, I shouldn't have worried she has settled very quickly, is exceptionally well looked after and very happy. So pleases with the decision to move her.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us and for your comments about the care your mother is receiving. Our aim is not just to provide a high standard care for our residents but also to try and meet the expectations of their loved ones. Once again thank you for your positive comments which I will share with our team.
Mum is happy at Belong and enjoys the food and activities provided. The staff are all very friendly and seem to know everyone which is great. The relative access portal is very useful.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it means so much. All the team at Belong Warrington strive to provide the best care and companionship to our wonderful residents. I will pass on your kind words to the village team.
Home from home; the staff always friendly/caring and make my mum laugh, always go out of their way if Mum or I need anything. It did take a few months to settle in, but now always seems happy. Adjusted well to new surroundings. (Could do with a new TV in their lounge though).
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of Belong Warrington. We are so touched by your kind words and will make sure your comments on the TV in the lounge are shared with the village team. Thank you for choosing Belong Warrington.
