The home seems very clean and well-kept and has a lovely, quiet garden. Having a working direct landline in her room was a key facility for my mother and means she is connected to her previous world. I would describe Woodland Grove as a 5-star hotel with care. My mother has been there for over three years now and is very well looked after. There are many activities every day that she is happy to join in with and has been taken out on many trips. She has her hair done every week and access to newspapers and magazines daily. I am so glad we chose this wonderful place to look after our lovely mum. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and we are regularly kept informed of all the news regarding the home.

I just wanted to thank you all at Woodland Grove for your years of dedicated care looking after my auntie and how much of a comfort it was to know she was in such good care. The fact that staff came to visit her in hospital in her final days and also attended the funeral was further proof, if it were needed, of the love that she was shown throughout her nearly 8 years at the home. Not to mention a phone call just a week ago from the lovely staff to check on me which was quite special.

The staff were lovely and did an amazing job preparing one of the rooms for a family birthday gathering. It was beautifully decorated and the food that was catered was lovely as well. I’m glad that my nan is getting the care that she needs and deserves.
