Perry Manor is an exceptional care home. My dad has lived there since August, initially for respite but now full-time, as we are no longer able to meet his care needs at home. The wonderful management and staff on the nursing level helped us navigate what was a very difficult time for my family and we can't thank them enough. Perry Manor is now a home from home for all of my family. It is a lovely, caring environment for my dad to live in, all of the staff are fabulous, the food and cafe are wonderful. We are always greeted with a smile and that means so much.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is truly a joy to have your dad with us, and we feel equally grateful that you and your family are such an important part of the Perry family.
The standard of cleanliness is also exceptional. The housekeeping team do a brilliant job at keeping everything sparkling clean in the residents rooms, the communal areas and bathroom facilities throughout the home.
The food is exceptional with a wonderful choice of hot and cold dishes 3 times a day. The residents also have a choice of refreshments during the morning and afternoon. There is also a wonderful cafe for residents and relatives to use which has a selection of delicious home made cakes and a selection of coffees and teas to be had throughout the day all free of charge.
The Lifestyles Team put on a wonderful range of entertainment, games and trips suitable for all the residents needs. They also have 2 cinemas and a hairdressing salon.
Perry Manor is a fantastic care home and I would hesitate in recommending it.
Thank you so much for such wonderful words! We are very proud of the service and care we provide at Perry Manor and it is always lovely to hear such encouraging sentiments from people who have experienced our hospitality first hand.
It took us as a family a long time to not only support my step-mum in accepting that it was time to move into a care home, but also to find the right place for her. Choosing Perry Manor has been the best decision we could have made. The care and attention she receives is outstanding, and the wonderful range of activities and outings has truly transformed her experience. It has been a complete game-changer for my step-mum and has given her a new lease of life.
Thank you so much for such kind words. It is wonderful to hear that your step-mum has settled in so well and is enjoying all the perks of Perry life. Everyone at Perry Manor works hard to ensure that the Residents are well cared for and to live meaningful lives.
We were nervous about placing our mother in care ...but we needn't have been. The attention given, the close always-appropriate communications and the completely professional behaviours of the Perry Manor staff has been a revelation and a delight.
Thank you for your kind words. It means a great deal to know that the hard work and dedication of our staff are appreciated and recognised by our families.
Nan was at Perry Manor for a couple of weeks repite. The staff were respectable and very caring. The home is always impeccably clean, the team are welcoming and extremely consideate. I would not think twice about choosing Perry Manor again for my nan. I would also like to mention how fantastic the lifestyle team were. There's always something interesting going on.
Thank you for this lovely message. We do have a fantastic lifestyle team who always go the extra mile to ensure our residents live fulfilling lives.
Not only are all the staff welcoming and friendly but they know all the residents and their family members by sight so are able to make all feel part of a big family. We are all happy to have our father here and the smiles we see when staff interact with him is wonderful to see. Thank you.
At Perry Manor, we do consider ourselves a family, and it means a great deal to us to have this recognised by our residents and their families. Thank you for such lovely words.
My mother has been at Perry Manor for almost 1 year, she is so much more happy than being on her own in her own home. The care and attention she receives here is exemplary. The room is very clean and bright, her laundry is done very well and returned efficiently, the events she is able to attend have given her a new zest for life. She and her family have made the best choice here and would fully recommend Perry Manor to any visitor.
Your words are truly appreciated. We set very high standards for ourselves at Perry Manor and are always grateful to hear such encouraging sentiments.
The staff are always visible and extremely approachable, kind and helpful. They include mum in any discussions and always encourage her to take part in all the activities, some of which she has never done before but has engaged with it in part due to the encouragement of the staff.
The standard of food is excellent and nothing seems to be too much trouble. In fact staff seem to go out of their way to provide any requests made and make mum feel included at all times.
Out of several homes I visited before choosing the one for mum Perry Manor stood out above the rest and continues to impress me whenever I visit. I would not want my mother living anywhere else.
Thank you for taking the time to share such kind thoughts. The entire Perry Manor family work hard to ensure we maintain high standards and that our residents feel well cared for.
My nan became a resident here a few months ago, I am very impressed with the exceptional quality of care shown from all members of the Perry Manor staff, right down to the maintenance team and the housekeepers. The home is spotlessly clean, welcoming and all the staff are committed, patient, passionate and work extremely hard to meet all the needs of the residents, from personal care to meals, activities and beyond. Not only do they care and look after the residents but also their families, making us all feel at ease that nan is being well cared for. I highly recommend Perry Manor above anyone else.
Sadly, dad passed this year aged 94. He lived a full, active, and, until recently, healthy life and was fiercely independent. But, in January his health began to fail and he could no longer live safely at home. Mum was already a resident at Perry Manor so it made sense for dad to join her, despite his intense dislike of care homes.
It would have to be something special for him to agree moving to a home, but that's what Perry Manor is. The team and facilities are excellent. There is a real sense of community, with staff truly invested in the welfare of residents and the quality of care they provide. Whether it's catering, nursing and care, activity and entertainment, management or maintenance; all actively contribute to positive interaction with residents and families.
Our family is forever grateful for the diligence given to facilitating dad's final return from hospital so he could pass peacefully, with dignity, and mum by his side. The love and care he received was exceptional.
My wife was a resident at Perry Manor from October 2023 until her death in April 2025. During her stay I visited every day, initially my wife was slow to settle but the staff created a positive atmosphere which she enjoyed. Although she was selective in her choice of activities she enjoyed all of them which she attended. Her room was rather cramped when 3 or more visitors arrived. She received excellent attention and support from all management and staff.

Many thanks the Care UK team
My dad had been in hospital since August 2024 following an accident whilst on holiday in Spain. Since moving to Perry Manor in January we've seen a huge difference in dad. He's gone from looking grey, old and scruffy to clean, back to his old self to look at. The care is fantastic and the carers are all amazing.
My husband has been a resident at Perry Manor for over 5 years. Although his illness is progressing which causes him to display disruptive, distressing behaviour, the staff from all departments within the home continue to care for both of us with great compassion and sensitivity.
Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience. At Perry Manor Care Home - Care UK we set a high standard for ourselves, so we are very pleased to hear that your experience with us has been a positive one.
My brother was transferred from a previous care home to Perry Manor. I was amazed at the contrast in what care actually meant. Perry Manor were on a completely different level regarding respect, dignity and compassion shown to my brother. He lived at PM for two years, without any change in standard of care and became part of the home/family. All staff are attentive and professional with the residents at heart.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback and for your kind words. Your brother was very special to us as was his family. At Perry Manor Care Home - Care UK we set a high standard for ourselves, so we are very pleased to hear that your experience with us has been a positive one.
My husband has been unwell for two weeks with a chest infection and temperature. A doctor has seen him, prescribing antibiotics and carers have been excellent in looking after him, helping him to eat and drink, and patiently caring for him. I am kept informed at every stage.

My Mother has received excellent care and kindness since moving to Perry Manor at the end of March. The home is clean, welcoming, and thoughtful in what it provides. The staff throughout are disciplines are engaging and helpful. The medical/clinical care and nursing give us comfort that Mum is receiving the very best care and attention she requires, with excellent communication.

My father-in-law has been a resident at Perry Manor since June 2024 having arrived there with more complex dementia needs. Since arriving he has settled in extremely well and although there have been some behavioural issues the staff have responded to his needs in a positive manner. As a result, he now seems more calm and content in his new surroundings. The staff always greet you with a smile and are friendly and respectful to the residents. The manager at the home is very approachable and her door is always open for a chat. The home itself is always welcoming, it is bright and immaculately clean. The cafe area offers an excellent choice of complimentary drinks and snacks. In conclusion, there is nothing negative I can say about Perry Manor, and would recommend it to anyone having to make the difficult decision of placing a family member into a care home.
Thank you very much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us such wonderful feedback about our home. We are so glad that you are happy with the care and environment that we provide for your father-in-law. We work towards providing a high standard of service and find such words very encouraging.
Well, where to start? My dad has been a resident of Perry Manor since June of this year, he moved from another care home that could no longer provide the care he needed due to his worsening dementia. Since being at the home my dad's behaviour which can be challenging has vastly improved. The dementia unit is staffed by the same people meaning the residents get to know them and build a relationship and the staff get to know the residents, their ways, their needs, and triggers. The staff are absolutely wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The home itself is kept spotlessly clean and so welcoming, that every member of staff greets you with a smile. The manager's door is always open, to listen help, and support residents and families on their dementia journey. I can see that my dad is so well looked after, he's always clean, dressed nicely, and treated with respect and I know he feels loved and safe. This means so much to me, that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.
Thank you for your lovely words about our home. All our staff here, strive to create an environment that is not only a home but a place where our residents are respected and cared for to a high standard. To hear such wonderful words means so much to us, thank you.
My mother-in-law received perfect attention and care. The staff were always smiling and assisted her whenever needed.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are so glad that you were happy with the care that was provided by our caring and dedicated staff.
Mum-in-law has been at Perry Manor for three months, every member of staff has been very supportive, not just to Mum but the family too. The place is always spotless and very well run. Food is excellent, even to her asking for 'smoked salmon', it was given as a starter the following day! Cafe is superb, nice place to sit and chat. Plenty of activities, always things going on. It took time to find a home that she and the family feel comfortable and happy with. We can honestly say Perry Manor far exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so glad that your mother-in-law has settled in well and enjoys daily life at Perry Manor. The staff are dedicated to providing a high level of service and it is always encouraging to hear when residents and families give such high praise.

Meet the Team (1)

I’m a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse, and prior to joining Perry Manor in 2016, I was Deputy Hospital Director of a 63-bed psychiatric hospital in Bristol. I originally joined Care UK in 2006 and worked in its mental health division. The idea of returning to work for the organisation was attractive because I believed in its core values, and respected its ‘care first, business second’ approach.
Since joining the Perry Manor team, I’ve been making positive changes for both the residents and my colleagues. I was thrilled when we received an ‘outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission at our inspection in late 2018. We were the first home in Worcester to achieve this quality rating.
I’ve also been honoured to have won a couple of recent awards for my work. In 2019 I won silver in the British Journal of Nursing Awards and in the same year I won the award for Best Dementia Care Manager at the National Dementia Care Awards.
I’m incredibly proud of the fantastic home we’ve created for older people in Worcester – none of which would have been possible without the commitment and passion of the team at Perry Manor. When you work in a care home you realise that it is organic, there will never be a finished product. It continues to grow, change and develop. Looking ahead, we will continue to strive to deliver the best care to every resident, keeping up-to-date with the latest practice and working with residents and their families to make Perry Manor a home from home for all of our residents.
