Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Madeleine was admitted to hospital where we were warned to expect the worst. Madeleine was then discharged from the hospital and returned to Mildenhall Lodge. With staff perseverance and encouragement Madeleine is now walking eating happy and back to her old self "Well done to the Mildenhall Lodge Care

My friend had previously been in a care home many miles away. She had been well looked after, but no stimulation due to lack of staff. What a difference at Mildenhall Lodge. It is an incredible home with so many activities going on and trips out. She is so happy. The staff are lovely.

Since my sister has been in Mildenhall Lodge she has been well cared for. Lots of activities and although she is limited what she can do, they include her as much as they can.The staff are very kind to her even though her speech is not very clear. We have found the all round care is brilliant.

Beautiful home - as soon as you walk through the entrance you are greeted with a lovely smell and bright furnishings. Mum says that some staff are all lovely and that its a nice place to live. Activities wise there is always plenty going on. We are all very pleased with the care. Thank you.

Every 4-6 weeks we visit our friends and bring lunch. The kitchen and reception staff are amazing and cook the meals I've prepared. They lay the table in the coffee lounge and the whole atmospheres so friendly as all the staff in Garland suite who are always friendly and smiley towards us. The whole

I cannot praise highly enough the standard of care shown by all staff to the residents. The home put on an Easter Fayre to raise money towards a garden project and included residents and families in this endeavour. Families are continually encouraged to take part in activities and also training to understand
tasks undertaken such as the Namaste care offered. Well done Mildenhall Lodge.

My siblings and I visited our uncle and were extremely impressed with not only the care home but also the staff. We received a very warm and welcoming response from all the staff we met. After a scare in October, when we thought my husband was close to end of life, the superb care he received from our doctor and Mildenhall Lodge caring staff, he pulled through. They go over and above to look after him and me also with the utmost respect.
