Mum has only been in Eastbourne House for a short time, but she seems very happy and always mentions how kind all the staff are. As her son, I have total confidence in the level of care she is receiving.

I first entered Eastbourne House when looking for a place for my mum in February 2017 and as soon as I walked in, I knew this was the best place for mum to be - nearly 4 months later, I still feel the same.

It is a wonderful place to be, visit and come back to. This is due to the warm, friendly welcome of all of the staff and the ethos behind the organisation.

Thank you for providing such a pleasant, comforting and reassuring place.

I have been to visit Eastbourne House regularly as I have family residing here. The home is immaculate, the staff are very friendly, home has a very welcoming feeling. The home manager has been a great support for my family member and my other family, she has brought the home around since starting at Eastbourne House.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone needing the kind care, support and love that everyone receives from all staff.

Eastbourne House was recommended to me and came in December just for a month as a respite period. It was so enjoyable. I have come to stay, permanently. All the staff are friendly and I think the food is really good and there is plenty of it. Whatever you require the staff manage to get it for you.

My sister was in Eastbourne House for a short stay of two weeks and what we encountered there was outstanding in all regards. A particular feature was the warm and open attitude of all the staff which, allied to the superb location and excellent facilities made it a break to remember, thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic service for my parents, lovely, helpful, warm caring staff. One carer couldn't do enough for my parents, and did way and above always there to lend a hand making my parents stay more comfortable. I cant thank the carers enough.
