Just the best place. Mum was so happy at Anya. This is more like home than a 'home'. Staff are great and residents happy. They truly care about people, even the relatives. If I need a care home I would aspire to Anya.

The care home handled my mother's failing health and subsequent death with kindness and sensitivity. At all times mum felt safe, comfortable and loved. The home genuinely care for their residents and their families. I couldn't have asked for more and will genuinely miss them now mum is no longer there.
Mum referred to Anya Court as home and used to say 'they like me there'. When she was in hospital all she wanted to do was go home to her carer family. That says everything about their standards of care.
As her family they have been so good and kind to us.
Reply from Kieran Langan, General Manager at Hallmark Anya CourtThank you so much for your kind and moving words. Knowing she felt cared for and valued, and that you felt supported as her family, is the highest compliment we could receive. We will miss your mum deeply and we will always remember her with warmth. My mother has just passed away after two years at Anya Court. She was very happy during her time there - happier, in fact, than she had been for years. The care personnel could not have been kinder to her and to us and it was the best decision we ever took when we decided to place her there. We are
more than happy about all details of her life there - food, entertainment, care, medical assistance, comfort of her room. A big shout out to two staff members in particular, without whom my mother's last years would have been so much more difficult, so much sadder. For me, putting a loved one in a care home changed from being a negative step to a positive one. When she passed, my mother referred to Anya Court as "home" - what more can I say?

I spent 6 weeks at Anya Court with full mental capacity. A doctor did a weekly round of patients registered with a local practice, but in fact he was physician assistant and it was a video call with the head nurse, she described patients symptoms, diagnosis often occurred without patients being examined.
Prescriptions were emailed to a pharmacy in Nuneaton and often took 48 hours to be delivered, causing delayed treatment. One qualified nurse cared for about 80 residents at night, that nurse was often very stressed, and could be an agency nurse unfamiliar with the home. Everything that visitors and relatives might see, furniture, decor, communal lounges, coffee bar and food was good. The hairdresser was a bonus, no physiotherapy, and only low key chair exercises, I left the home less physically fit than when I arrived as there was no provision for regular exercise. Mental stimulation focused on residents with poor capacity, many brighter residents were bored and unhappy.
Reply from Kieran Langan, General Manager at Hallmark Anya CourtThank you for your feedback - we value both positive and constructive comments to help us improve. We're pleased you enjoyed aspects of your stay; it means a lot to the team. We're sorry other parts didn't meet expectations. The health and wellbeing of residents is our top priority, and we take concerns seriously. GP consultations follow NHS video-call procedures. We understand this can feel impersonal and are working to improve communication and GP involvement, which is progressing. Medication delays through the pharmacy are rare, but we've refined processes. We have a permanent nursing team for residents with nursing needs in our 24-bed community. When they're on leave, agency nurses step in, and we're growing our in-house team. Our home is supported by a wide, dedicated care team. We offer varied, inclusive activities tailored to residents' wishes - an opportunity we regret was not available to us in this instance. Please get in touch if you'd like to talk further.

From our first initial visit to establish whether Anya Court was the place for my mother in law to stay we felt a sense of warmth and wellbeing. You felt at home, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond all of our expectation's.
All of questions were answered and we felt at ease.
Today
we moved my mother in law in and it was so nice to actually see her smile and laugh like she used to.
I know Anya Court will help her to achieve her care goals in moving in the right direction with the appropriate care and support staff to help her thrive.
I know she is going to love the home cooked food and delicious cakes.
We cannot thank you enough for all the care and support you have given us as a family at a time when this next chapter was all so new to us.
All staff at Anya Court have a special set of skills/talents and should be praised for there compassion and support they have given us as a family.
Reply from Kieran Langan, General Manager at Hallmark Anya CourtWe are truly touched by your kind words and are so pleased to hear that your experience with us - from your very first visit to your mother-in-law's move-in day has been so positive. Creating a welcoming, compassionate environment where residents and their families feel at ease is at the heart of everything we do. It means the world to us to know that you felt that warmth and support from the start, and that your mother-in-law was able to smile and laugh - moments like those are exactly what we strive for. We are delighted to be part of this new chapter in her life and are committed to helping her achieve her care goals with personalised support, home-cooked meals, and of course, plenty of delicious homemade cakes!Thank you once again for your trust and kind appreciation.

I'm so grateful to Anya Court Care Home for the exceptional care they gave my father. After visiting several homes, Anya stood out for its warmth and personal touch. The advisor for families supported us from the start, and the team even visited my father at home before he moved in to understand his
needs. Small gestures, like placing a photo of his favorite musical on his door, showed how much they cared. Daily activities kept him engaged, and the app helped us feel connected. In his final days, so many of the carers treated him with such dignity. One even sang to him and held his hand-moments we'll never forget. Anya Court is more than a care home; it's a place filled with love, respect, and compassion.

Mum was a resident at Anya Court from September 2024 to March 2025 when she moved to be with my Dad at the Dementia Care Home he is resident at.

On the initial meetings with the advisor for new residents and families and once Mum was resident on the dementia community, we were always treated well

and impressed by the friendliness and care of all the Staff.
Mum was happy and enjoyed her time at Anya Court as there were so many activities to keep her occupied She made friends with many of the staff. The care given to Mum was excellent and the help and advice given to me and the rest of the family was always given in a caring and friendly way.
It took a load off our minds that Mum was happy and being cared for in lovely surroundings, with excellent food and caring staff. Mum enjoyed meeting family in the lovely cafe on the ground floor for her Latte and cake.
Reply from Kieran Langan, General Manager at Hallmark Anya CourtThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. My dad was a resident of Ballard (dementia) community for five months at Anya Court in rugby before falling ill and passing away. During his stay at the home, he was very happy and comfortable there. The staff are lovely, caring and very attentive to everybody's needs, including visitors. They had a
lot of activities on every day, were cheerful and the care provided was to an extremely high standard to the residents and any visitors. I cannot fault this home and thank them very much for everything they did to support us and my dad whilst he was in their care. Thank you all at Anya Court.

My aunt has been at Anya Court for 2 months. Both the management and staff have done an incredible job of getting her settled in. We are happy in the knowledge that she is extremely well looked after and cared for. We visit regularly and the fact that everyone we meet, whether staff or residents are
happy speaks volumes. The juke box cafe is a fabulous place for residents and visitors to meet. It has a great vibe and a good cup of coffee.

We must express our deepest gratitude to Anya Court and the incredible team there for the compassionate, attentive care they provided for our father.
As he journeyed through Alzheimer's, it meant everything to us to know he was in such capable, compassionate hands. He was shown warmth, dignity and
love. The team became like a second family, not only for Dad but for all of us. Every time we visited, we were openly welcomed and felt the genuine care you extended to him. Knowing he was surrounded by people who truly cared for him brought us a great sense of relief and peace.
Dad enjoyed lots of activities which were frequent and fun, when he could and his time was made very special.
In Dad's final days, we were overwhelmed by the support and comfort the team provided. The love and respect you showed him meant so much to us and we can't thank you enough for the dignity and compassion with which you helped us through that difficult time.

After a stay in hospital our Mum (who had dementia) was unable to carry on living at home. We viewed many care homes and Anya Court stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Mum had always been very opposed to moving into a home and this was a difficult decision for us to make. The staff went above
and beyond on countless occasions, always with a smile and a lot of patience. Mum quickly formed great relationships with many of the staff and clearly took to them. The way the lead on the dementia community, was across our Mum's medical needs and advocated for her was brilliant and a great weight off our shoulders. The staff encourage independence as much as possible, even when it clearly isn't the easiest option for them. Mum absolutely loved the garden and we were able to spend a lot of time there with her. During her final days, the staff were absolutely incredible in the way that they looked after Mum and also supported us, making a very difficult time a lot more bearable.
Reply from Kieran Langan, General Manager at Hallmark Anya CourtThank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are deeply touched by your kind words and recognition you write about Anya Court team. We understand how difficult the decision to move into a care home can be, and we're honoured that you chose us to care for mum. It's wonderful to know that the relationships she built with the team were so meaningful not just to mum and our team but you as a family. Although what we know was a difficult period, I'm pleased to hear that the teams' efforts, support and compassion helped you as a family during mum's final days and you were able to witness the fantastic care mum received at Anya Court always with respect, dignity and care. You and your family are in our thoughts, and we thank you for allowing us the privilege of caring for your mum.

My father recently had an incident at Anya Court care home very late in the evening which resulted in some cuts and bruises to his face and a bleeding eye. I was informed immediately by the Senior Nurse of the accident and was told he was being comforted by the team. The Senior Nurse stayed with my
father until I arrived to collect him and take him to the local hospital (thankfully he was given the all-clear immediately) but it needs to be pointed out that the Senior Nurse still stayed with my dad over an hour beyond her shift. This shows the love and care that the team give to the residents, and clearly goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting and caring for the residents.
Can not thank the Senior Nurse enough for what she did, and myself and family are very appreciative of all the help and support she gave my father.
Once again, thank you!

Anya Court is wonderful but my husband is on a dementia floor. He has had a small stroke but he doesn't have dementia. The carers and staff treat him like a dementia patient. My husband has lost the use of his legs. Due to medical neglect, he is dependent on staff to get him to the toilet, into the
wheelchair and monitor his exercises. To open his bowels each day, he is not allowed a bedpan. He has to wait until two attendants with a hoist can get him to the toilet, resulting in him messing himself up nearly every day, it's demeaning. My husband needs conversation and two-way interaction with other males. He needs his dignity back. My husband is very unhappy his personal items have been broken or lost. He is a quiet man and will not make a fuss, but I will. Anya Court looked to be just what the doctor ordered, it falls very short.
Please see what can be done to rectify my husband's unhappy plight.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My brother moved into Hallmark Anya Court nearly four weeks ago, having been in a care home (not of our choice) in another area for over seven months. He has settled in really well in such a short time and takes part in many of the activities. This is entirely due to the care and the compassion shown
by all the staff. We knew Anya Court would provide everything he needed, but the excellent care has gone way beyond our expectations. My brother's progress has been miraculous and we as a family are absolutely delighted.

Current Review Score: 9.8 (9.802)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.8 (9.802) out of 10 for Hallmark Anya Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 39 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 38 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.802 for Hallmark Anya Court is calculated as follows: ( (403 Excellents x 5) + (40 Goods x 4) + (15 Satisfactorys x 3) + (6 Poors x 2) + (1 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 465 Ratings = 4.802
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Hallmark Anya Court is based on 38 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 74 registered maximum number of service users is 14.8, which has been reached with 38 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
