My very elderly aunt became a resident at Kensington House towards the end of her life when she could no longer care for herself at home. The support she received in Kensington was excellent, both in terms of personal and medical attention. She was always comfortable and well dressed and the manager,
team leaders and staff were always happy to speak to us at any time and informed me promptly of any health concerns my aunt experienced. I believe the care my aunt received was of a very high standard.

My mum and dad have lived at Kensington House for the last year. Most importantly, the lovely staff are all friendly, cheerful, caring and kind to the residents, and helpful and responsive to any requests which I might have. The rooms are large and clean, the lounge is spacious and well-equipped and
the entrance hall is bright and welcoming. Kensington is one of six houses at Moundsley Hall Care Village. There are spacious and peaceful grounds where residents can enjoy walks, with plenty of mature trees and a duck pond.
