My mum has been at the Karuna Care Home for over 8 years. It provides excellent compassionate care. Thanks to all the staff who are very well trained and friendly, always with a smile. A huge thanks to the catering team for the outstanding quality, consistency, and choice of meals even for strict dietary requirements. Not to forget the entertainment team who show boundless energy and enthusiasm in engaging with the residents. They are all a second family to us.

My sister was at Karuna Manor for the last 7 years. She was very happy here with food, care and the wide range of activities provided by the care home. She enjoyed all the religious festivals celebrated. All the staff were very courteous and encouraged her. My family appreciated the weekly video calls with my sister as some of them lived far away and could not visit her regularly. Communication with staff regarding care was excellent.
Thank you for your lovely feedback! Always great to hear from our residents' relatives about the care that our team are giving.
A beautiful, cultured home ideally suited to veg/Gujarati community. The home is spacious with excellent facilities and amenities. Wide variety of activities and events regularly organised. But the most important aspect of the home is the staff and the care they provide to all their residents. It's a big relief and pleasing for us family to know that our loved one is looked after so well.

Karuna Manor has definitely exceeded our expectations. Our mum was so well looked after during the three years that she spent there. She was so happy and the staff could not do enough for her. Thank you Raksha for your kind words. It warms our hearts to know that your experience at Karuna Manor was a positive one, and it's especially meaningful to us that your Mum felt well-looked after and and happy during her stay as we miss her. Our aim is always to foster a warm, welcoming...
A heartfelt thank you to Karuna Manor staff for caring for my late mother and father. You are, for us, a beacon of good practice. Your team are thoughtful and nurturing. This is very carefully laid out as part of the well-being element which is critical to the holistic approach of caring for the patients but it goes beyond, much, much more as you made the family feel calm that our beloved parents were in good safe hands with us being away from London this was comforting and helped the wellbeing dynamic for our family. Thank you for the use of the beautiful temple, for our prayers, for mummy's beautiful send-off and all the staff for their help.
Thank you for your kind feedback, it was our pleasure to care for your Mother and Father, such wonderful and kind people. We are happy we could provide the support for both Mom and Dad. If you require any support in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My mum has been a resident of Karuna Manor since 2016. I feel blessed to have found such a beautiful home for my mum who requires dementia care. All staff, ranging from carers, nurses, admin staff, priests, maintenance, cleaning staff, and wellbeing coordinators all the way to management, are all so respectful and caring towards Mum. They all know her individually and understand what she needs. The food is also of top quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Karuna to anyone. In summary, Mum is very well cared for.

I am very pleased with this care home. The carers and care is very good. The carers are friendly, compassionate and understanding. The management staff are very helpful and cooperative. My mum has been at Karuna Manor for 6 months. Since coming here we have seen a great improvement in her physical and mental health. She is always treated with respect, compassion and dignity by the staff. The excellent and professional care and management team are very caring, friendly, approachable and always available to reassure and support my mum and us. Nothing is too much trouble for them with always a smile and laughter to share with the residents and family. Karuna Manor provides a clean, tidy and comfortable homely environment with freshly prepared meals and a range of daily activities that keep my mum occupied and happy. She especially loves her time at the temple each morning as praying was such a huge part of her life when she was at her home. She looks forward to the exercise sessions after being to the temple. I have never seen my mum play bingo or do any colouring/painting and now she really enjoys those activities. I have no hesitation in recommending Karuna Manor to anyone looking for a care/nursing home for their loved one.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2003. I have worked in various departments in both medical and surgical settings, gaining over 18 years of experience along the way.
I joined the TLC family in 2015 and am pleased to say that I have been promoted to the role of Care Services Manager.
I’m honoured to be working with a very dedicated team and amazing residents at Karuna Manor.

Before I arrived in the UK, I had the privilege of working in Sales and Marketing for almost four years, which has equipped me with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all the stakeholders.
In December 2022, I joined our sister care home Kailash Manor, as an Assistant Business Development Manager. During my tenure, I developed strong relationships with both the team and residents and provided support to other TLC homes as well. This experience has instilled in me a sense of responsibility towards the community and a desire to make a positive impact.
I am thrilled to have joined the team at Karuna Manor in August 2024, and I am confident that I will be able to establish good relationships with the residents and their families. I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to contribute positively to the team’s success.

I later progressed to Kailash Manor Care Home as an Office Manager, where I gained hands-on experience supporting residents, families, and team members. This role strengthened my ability to build meaningful relationships and deepened my understanding of person-centred care within a residential setting.
In February 2026, I joined Karuna Manor Care Home as an HR and Finance Manager, taking on broader responsibilities including payroll, funding, and financial management. I am passionate about supporting both team members and residents, and I remain committed to contributing towards a positive, inclusive, and high-quality care environment.
