Before I arrived in the UK, I had the privilege of working in Sales and Marketing for almost four years, which has equipped me with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all the stakeholders.
In December 2022, I joined our sister care home Kailash Manor, as an Assistant Business Development Manager. During my tenure, I developed strong relationships with both the team and residents and provided support to other TLC homes as well. This experience has instilled in me a sense of responsibility towards the community and a desire to make a positive impact.

I relocated to the UK in 2022 after eight years of nursing experience in Nigeria, primarily in occupational health. My academic foundation is in public health nursing, and I’m currently completing a Master’s in International Public Health. I’m also a registered Adult Nurse in the UK.
My UK journey began in a care home, where I developed strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of elderly care. Ashish Bhatt brings a wealth of experience from the hotel industry, where he developed a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and operational management. He has successfully transitioned his expertise into the healthcare sector, joining Karuna Manor as Hotel Services Manager.
