Netley Court is a purpose-built residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey and sitting right on the waterfront giving stunning, waterside views that provide residents with a calming and relaxing outlook. With easy access to major road networks, a convenient train station, excellent service by buses and a generous on-site car park, it is easy and convenient for family and friends to visit.

The spacious and practical bedrooms combine lovely furnishings with the latest design features that make independence a genuinely achievable goal and all come with a large, well designed and enabling en-suite wet room. Along with a belief that couples should to continue their life journey together, Netley Court also offers specially designed couple suites where fantastic care teams can provide care and support both individually and as a husband and wife.

The home delivers specialist dementia support, with residential care in separate specialist areas, through their own highly trained and dedicated teams. The key to all they do is a focus on dignity, personal choice and independence; all of the residents are encouraged and supported to do all they can for themselves. It is clear in all that they do, every resident, every day, gets the care comfort and companionship that they and their loved ones would wish for.

Netley Court has a hairdressing salon, library, hobby studio, music room, balconies, potting shed, lifestyle kitchens, stunning views, large easy access landscaped gardens and other communal spaces that the team deliver range of activities that both stimulate and engage all residents.

You do a brilliant job of looking after my grandad. He never stops talking about how brilliant the staff are that look after him. What a beautiful care home, always immaculate. More like a hotel than a care home. Thanks to all of you.

As a family we did a wide search to find a suitable place for my nana until we came across Netley Court and what a relief it was. From the very first visit, we were so impressed and we still feel that way. It is very professional managed service with a massive heart. I visit my nana at very different
times and I always come away feeling contented that we made the right decision and that Nana is exceptionally well cared for by the most amazing staff team who are always smiling and treating the residents with dignity and respect. My nana just loves it and it has sure given her a new lease of life as she joins in everything and has made new friends. The place looked stunning at Christmas and when I popped in on Christmas Day the atmosphere was so beautiful with everything looking like a five star hotel.
Thank you to the manager and his wonderful team for the work you do, it’s a real credit to you and you all should be so very proud.

The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them to do. It is nice to see the general manager sits down with the residents as well and mucks in with the carer staff.

I visited my friend recently who now lives at Netley Court. As soon as I entered the building I was greeted by a huge smile from the receptionist, this made me feel very welcome indeed. After talking with my long-term friend and having a look around I was very impressed. My friend is so happy here
with the care she receives and the meals. I can see in the summer months we will be spending a lot of time in the garden looking at the birds in the superb aviary. I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the home to family and friends. Great staff, great food. All in all an outstanding home.

Everything concerned in the running of Netley Court and the care of my sister is first class. From the management to the medical carers, the carers and the meals, the many activities and the laundry staff, I cannot praise them all enough - they should all feel very proud of themselves.

I came with my husband on Christmas Eve to visit a friend and also an ex-neighbour! The welcome was so warm and friendly, Christmas music playing and beautiful, tasteful decorations.
I haven't been for a while due to illness but its still such a lovely place with a great atmosphere, everyone seems
so happy and the two people I visited could not speak highly enough about the place and the staff.
I know where I am going to stay when I need help.
Amazing.

Experience was brought about for convalescence after an unexpected operation. Premises, facilities and care and attention are of a high standard. Given that most residents spend most/all of the day in their rooms, there is an empty feel when walking around slightly exaggerated by the large building.

My experience here has been excellent. The staff have been always caring and sometimes make you laugh. The food is very good but too much sometimes. The general atmosphere is splendid and it seems like having a holiday. I really have enjoyed it here and the depression has now gone.

On the many short visits to Netley Court, I have been impressed with all the staff, also the cleanliness and condition of the building. It provides a very happy and friendly atmosphere. I would have no hesitation, should the position arrive in becoming a resident at Netley Court. One of the key points

As soon as I entered Netley Court I was welcomed with a smile. I didn't want my nan in a home. But after seeing the staff and my nan doing exercises with a big smile and seeing her amazing room, I knew it was just right for nan. As I was saying goodbye the maintenance man came singing by and said hello
to us and my nan by her name. What an amazing home.

I manage the running of Netley Court to ensure we provide high-quality, individual care in a nurturing, engaging environment so that our residents can live happy and fulfilling lives. That joy for life spills over into their fun and lively personalities that give constant pleasure, not just to me but to my team too.


My experience:
With over 20 years of experience in a variety of care management roles, I am delighted to return to looking after residents. I hold a Registered Manager’s award and a City & Guilds teaching certificate.


About me:
In my spare time, I love getting out into the outdoors with my dog, spending time with my family, eating out, and reading.

What I Do:
I joined Cinnamon, as Deputy Manager at Netley Court, in May 2023. I work beside the General Manager as part of the management team who makes sure that both residents and staff members are safe and well looked after. My role is to ensure that every resident in Netley Court receives high-quality care which is well deserved.


My Experience:
I have worked in the Care Sector since 2012 when I started my journey as a Care Assistant. In 2019 I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Health, Community and Social Care Studies. Working with and for people who live with dementia has always been my passion. I would like to think that I am making a difference in residents' and families' lives by supporting them and fulfilling their needs.


About me:
I am originally from Poland. I love to go back there for a holiday and spend some quality time with my family and friends. My lovely partner and I have a daughter who is my complete world. I am a big pet lover. I have 2 cats Elsa and Biscuit. I love good food and dinner parties.

It is important to me that every resident looks forward to mealtimes and their meals are packed with nutrition and include any special dietary requirements. I oversee a team of people dedicated to providing the best possible dining experience for our residents.
I started my culinary career aged 15, working on the Isle of Man after college. I’ve cooked for the army, prepared regimental dinners, and worked in Dubai at a five-star hotel and on cruise liners. In London, I cooked for royals, government ministers, and celebrities. As a freelance chef for eight years, I specialized in kosher cuisine, helping a small company become the country’s leading kosher caterer. My experience includes cooking at the House of Lords, No. 10 Downing Street, and serving as a Head Chef at Harrods.

Job Title: Hospitality Manager

My role at Netley Court is to work with the Head chef, the activities team, and the housekeeping department to ensure that our residents and their visitors all receive the best hospitality experience during their time here.
Our aim is to provide the highest standards from a simple coffee and cake in the bar area to enhancing the dining experience.
I'll also be working closely with the housekeeping team and together we'll strive to make Netley Court a clean, comfortable, and fresh home for all of our guests and residents.
I have been working in the catering, hospitality, and care industry for over 30 years now. During my time I have enjoyed experiences in various hotels and restaurants around the world. More recently I have worked in both contract catering roles and the care industry. I have experience in head chef roles, catering management roles and overseeing hospitality. I look forward to sharing the knowledge and skills I have learned with the team at Netley Court
