Mum has been at Kingsbury Court for over 3 years and whilst it wasn't an easy decision, it remains to be the right one for her. I can recommend this CH for everybody who needs help for family or friends. It's coming in a high level. Staff treat clients as a part of family, share a hobby, organise trips, offer wonderful companionship, deeply understand direct needs (they organise lovely concerts (very often)), music, games. Staff remember about clients' birthdays. Also gives high quality service, such as personal care or healthy food. They work with big hearts, empathetic. Me and my family cannot recommend Kingsbury highly enough. We recently moved my mother from another home and could not be happier with how she was made to feel welcome by all the staff. The transition was handled with professionalism and care. The home has great facilities; warm, comfortable rooms, a different lounge for entertainment, a hairdresser and even a cinema room. I have also been so impressed with the variety and taste of the meals. The nursing staff are professional and attentive, the carers are all very kind and patient, and management has been extremely helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this home.
